Live in a Piece of History

The cottage was amazing the owners were wonderful we enjoyed the extra snacks they provided. We felt very welcomed and wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back.

What a wonderful hidden gem! It was perfect for our mini family reunion. George was responsive and the dogs are great. The pool was a great place to unwind and relax. The extras in the house were very unexpected, from the drinks to the snacks I highly recommend this hidden gem. When we come back we will be staying here.

Pool was so relaxing! Gift basket from the hosts was amazing! Furnishings were fantastic! Very enjoyable getaway for the two of us.

The guest house is very nice and I would recommend others to stay there. There are a few inaccuracies however that need to be taken into consideration. The listing doesn’t inform you that it’s a second floor walk up apartment. I thought it was the whole house with bedrooms upstairs based upon the add. The pool and pergola area are beautiful. However, the hot tub doesn’t have a heater or jets but it does have the fountain in the middle as pictured. The gate doesn’t open or close by remote so you have to open and close it manually. Not a big deal but inconvenient; especially in inclement weather. The host was great and the property was very well maintained. I look forward to visiting again with my wife as it would be a great weekend getaway for couples

Such a beautiful place with thoughtful extra touches inside. The pool and hot tub area and plants were so nice and the hosts were very kind. We hope to go again soon!! Nice decor too...loved all the sparkle twisted glass peices. Bonus...yummy taco truck across the street. Thank you for a great stay!

This was a great first VRBO experience. The hosts set the bar very high. The location, accommodations, fresh fruit and snacks, communication, pretty much everything. Amazing hosts!

We loved the property and would stay here again such a cool place to enjoy with a huge yard for the kids. We would have loved to use the pool if Texas storms had the water cold we did put our feet in and relaxed awhile.

The property was well maintained and clean. We felt very comfortable relaxing at the pool. We especially enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evening gazing at the stars.

We were visiting Temple in order to visit family. The house was perfect for the 4 of us that stayed there. The pool and spa were a welcome extra for us. This is a beautiful property and the hosts are kind and gracious. We really enjoyed the stay. Lots of little special perks and gestures made it extra special.

Bed was comfortable and Guest house was clean. The refrigerator was thoughtfully stocked. The pool and hot tub was perfect and relaxing. We recommend.

The place was very clean. The property managers were amazing to work with. It is one of the prettiest places we have stayed and enjoyed every minute of it. The pool was very refreshing/enjoyable for the kiddos. This is a place we would stay again.
