Stayed Oct 2, 2024This is the second time staying at this property and from securing our stay to communicating with the attentive property manager made it a very pleasant stay. We had 5 people staying there and it was great to have our own beds!

Stayed Jun 14, 2024Everything was fabulous next time I would have two different choices of towels to use no matter what you do with a white towel it's very hard to get the stains out so we did not use those towels we always bring our own but a lot of people do not that's my only complaint other than that everything was great everything there that you needed if you didn't bring anything

Stayed Feb 16, 2024The home is in Henderson about 20-30 min from the Strip, depending on traffic. It's spacious and allows for a large group or family to stay. It's adjacent a major thoroughfare but the separating wall does mitigate the traffic noise somewhat. Next-door neighbor looks to be a collector, of sorts (some would say a hoarder). Check-in procedure would be better if everything that the host needed was required up front (agreement, security deposit, etc.). Given Vrbo restrictions within Vegas proper and the cost of hotel accommodations for a large group, it was worth the fee being charged.

Stayed Oct 5, 2023The property was nice and served our purpose. Check in was not smooth. I had this property reserved for about 6 months, yet I was having to sign more papers/waivers only days before we were to check in. I felt we weren't trusted to be good tenants of the property. I had another VRBO stay to compare it to right after this one and it was a smooth 5 star rating for everything.

Stayed Jun 1, 2023It's a spacious house and fit our needs for what we needed. Some of the cons were: I had to reach out to the host to find out the check-in process and get the code, was contacted during our stay that the landscapers would be there which I am not sure why it had to be scheduled during our stay as they were working right in front of the entrance, there are signs posted everywhere that remind you of things you can be fined for, the host stated no parking in the street as you will get fined but we saw the whole neighborhood parking in the street, and there are cameras on the outside of the house. The house overall was comfortable, we didn't spend too much time in it as we were out and about. Stay was fine.

Stayed Jan 17, 2023Stayed a couple nights in Vegas to have a more relaxed trip to seen a concert. The location have quick access to the 515, made a fairly easy trip to the strip for our concert. The property was clean and well equipped, everything we used worked and accurate with the website
