This was an exceptional property and I wish we had been able to stay there longer. It was in a beautiful development with incredible views of the red rock. The rooms were spacious and clean and we spent a lot of our time in the living room and on the patio playing cards and visiting. The condo was close to hiking and restaurants and it was very quiet. Julie and Greg have a very inviting home with beautiful artwork throughout that Greg painted. We will return :-)

Everything as advertised, well stocked and clean. We ran into a minor issue when trying to use the pool and hot tub in the evening as there were no outdoor lights functioning when we tried to use. Everything else was great and very good communication with owner.

The hosts, Julie and Greg are the best. Prompt on messages and super friendly. They provide tips and info on the area including a park pass! The pool is quiet and relaxing and the location is central. The beds are comfortable and the house is charming and cozy. Everything you need is right here. This was our second time staying here.

We had an amazing week in Sedona. Little taste of heaven had everything our family of four (including a 17 and 19 year old boy) could need. We enjoyed the location to restaurants and hiking! The hot tub was a great way to end a full day of hiking and grilling out steaks on Christmas was perfect. I would recommend this vrbo to anyone looking to stay in the area.

What an amazing property with wonderful hosts, Julie and Greg! We had 3 couples stay here for a wedding and 5 days of hiking the Sedona area. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It far exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable bedding and furniture, gorgeous patio area, plus so many extras! We stayed in mid October and were still able to enjoy the community pool and hot tub after long hikes. There are so many hiking trails in close proximity to the home, and the free pass the hosts offer is definitely a plus. We were also only a couple of hours drive to the beautiful Grand Canyon area. It was great that the hosts had coolers available for our longer days of hiking. The kitchen also had so many extras too, including many condiments. The washer and dryer on the property were a plus for our group too. Julie and Greg were always in contact with us in case we had questions and were so quick to respond when we asked for recommendations for hiking trails and places to dine. They also sent a list of places to visit, dine and hike before we arrived. Check in & check out were very easy with great instructions. We highly recommended this property and hope to come back again soon to the beautiful Sedona area!

The home was located very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants The information provided was excellent on maps and things to do in the area. It was also very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the community pool. We will definitely return.

The host was helpful with local information and directions to the property. She was very clear on codes and instructions for use of special things in house, like fire pit, gas fireplace. She had clear instructions on keys. The house is well situated in town. Might have better view of red rocks after leaves fall off. I would stay there again the next time.

This property was truly a taste of Heaven. From sitting on the patio with a view of Thunder Mountain, to its close proximity to restaurants, downtown Sedona and trail heads. Our weekend in Sedona was made so memorable by our stay at this special place. We took advantage of the Host’s maps, restaurant suggestions, pool key and access to a park pass. Stayed here with two girlfriends for 4 days/nights. We absolutely loved the space, the location, the amenities and the price. We each had our own room/bed which was nice. We ate breakfast and drank coffee every morning on the patio. We also took advantage of the open space right outside the front door. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfy! We enjoyed the pool for a couple of hours. Hosts were super friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Good location. A few miles away from uptown so quiet and peaceful despite town feeling busy. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Nice patio to relax on for coffee or wine. Beautiful views, Enjoyed the pool area and listening to all the songbirds. Our family enjoyed our relaxing evenings on the patio after busy, adventurous days in the area. Would highly recommend this spot!

Appreciate parking permit, clean, comfortable

So many great things to stay about our stay. Great location-close to restaurants, grocery store and hiking trails. We went to Jerome which was not too far and also drive up to the Grand Canyon which was a beautiful drive. Great host-Julie was in communication with me from the start and was so helpful. She provided great suggestions and checked in with me to make sure we were all set.Comfortable and accomodating-this place has everything, the only thing we had to buy was food and drinks. The beds are comfortable and the living room was perfect for my son to watch basketball. The place was super clean and was large enough for a family of four to enjoy. We loved the patio area too and enjoyed spending mornings and afternoons out there. The pool was beautiful but cold (not heated yet), but we enjoyed it for a polar plunge which was great after a day of hiking. This was our first time in Arizona and it did not disappoint. We will be back again and will stay at this location.

Sweet owners gave us a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday! Very nice property, nicely decorated, & very well furnished in a peaceful neighborhood with great view of the red rocks. There are 1 king bed in master bedroom & 2 queens in the other bedrooms. The mattresses & bedding were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The grill in back porch was also handy. The back porch was so nicely furnished & spacious - eating area, lounging, & siting area with outdoor heater-table. We were nicely surprised with the coffee, spices, condiments. It was also nice to have shampoo, conditioner & sunscreens, as we only had small travel sized of everything in our carryons, but we didn’t find body lotions. The full size washer & dryer were handy after 5-hours of hiking. The 2 bikes, pool, & hot tub were a big plus! We enjoyed everything but the pool, sure wished we stayed longer! There’s a Safeway is 10-min walk from the property, less than 4-min drive, which came in handy for last night’s TP run, There are some walkable restaurants including a wood-fired pizza restaurant. We highly recommend this property, perfect for a family trip or trip with friends. We felt “at home” during our trip.

4 sisters from all over the US gathered in beautiful Sedona for three days and two nights in October. The nearby downtown was filled with loads of great shops and restaurants. Our condo owner, Julie, was a great communicator from the very start briefing us ahead of time on restaurants and hikes we may want to try. The three bedroom condo was perfect for the four of us and very comfortable and well outfitted. I would definitely recommend this place to stay while in the area.

Great place! The only issue I ran into was the level of noise from the AC unit next to the master bedroom. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Very clean! Very conveniently located: close to trails, restaurants, and grocery stores. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies and seasonings. The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure in the showers was very good. We all enjoyed the pool access - just a five minute walk away. It was a great way to cool off after hiking. Note: Light sleepers may want to avoid master bedroom, for the AC unit can be a bit loud when turning on because it is right outside of that bedroom's window. We did not make use of the patio, but it is very spacious. We would definitely stay here again when in town.

Beautiful spacious clean propertyclose to everything, but not in the middle of everything. Stayed with my parents and a friend and we all had plenty of room. Amazing surroundings, quiet neighboorhood and warm and friendly hosts who were always available. Couldnt ask for more!
