Little Red House Great spot for Downtown Events!

The Little Red House was amazing so comfy and super cute! Great stay for couples and so close to everything we wanted to do. Definitely recommend and definitely will stay again if we ever go back to Pensacola!

This is a very cute little house. Perfect for walking into Pensacola for all the shopping, dining options. It's also greatly located to go over to the beaches and other tourist locations. There were a lot of little touches that were great - there was coffee, tea and creamer as well as a nice bottle of wine to welcome us. Quality toiletries and the towels and linens were extremely nice. Only a few little things that I can even mention - the gate to the cute backyard/patio didn't have a lock on it. It was where we stored our bikes and it made me a little leery, but there were no issues. The front storm door is in the process of being fixed (it was cocked so it was difficult to get it to close tightly. The water takes a while to get hot, but once it's hot - it's HOT. The shower had great pressure and was roomy. If you want to unpack your suitcases there isn't a lot of shelving/drawer space. There was a great area with hangers to hang clothes in the bathroom. We really enjoyed our visit and if we ever come back to Pensacola we would definitely stay here again.

We love the old style charm of the little red house. Everything was furnished nicely and very clean. Complimentary wine and snacks also. We did minimal cooking but there was a need for cooking pots. We look forward to booking this property next time!

It was a great stay for the time I was there. Great amenities, great location which was close to an event at the Bay Center I went to. I liked the historical feel to the place. Great restaurants like Hub Stacey's and rest of downtown. I can't wait to book again.

Absolutely adorable! Perfect getaway house for a couple... comfortable, thoughtful amenities, great location on a quiet street. Walking distance to almost anything you'd want to see/do!

Adorable historic home refurbished to maintain quaintness of yesteryear, but also with modern appointments. Neighborhood was quiet which made morning coffee in the garden area very calming. Owner was fantastic with timely communication and very accommodating.

The little red house is a great place to stay!! We came here and stayed 5 nights for our 1st anniversary trip and really enjoyed our stay!Everything was very clean and comfortable! The pictures I posted where pictures that I took when we got there I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to stay in Pensacola!

It was perfect location, was just as it looked online! Everything was clean and smelled clean! Cute little courtyard, kitchen well stocked and bathroom was very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again! Lovely stay for our granddaughter’s wedding! Thanks so much!

This is such a quaint little house and neighborhood.This is my second stay here and it was just as nice and clean as the first time. The owners take pride in keeping it clean and well stocked with everything you may need for your stay. If your looking for a place to stay in Pensacola, I recommend (THE LITTLE RED HOUSE)I look forward to staying here again.

This VRBO is a great place for a couple to stay while visiting Pensacola. It was very clean and comfortable and stocked with niceties like food treats and things you might have forgotten (like suntan lotion).

Outstanding accommodations and very convenient to all major attractions. The house is very charming with many nice little features such as a small library, games, beach chairs and umbrella.

The Little Red house is wonderful! The perfect place for a relaxing long weekend. Quiet neighborhood but still convenient to the Saturday Market and places to dine. Very comfortable and clean. Nice amenities. Cute patio area. The hostess was prompt to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great spot to stay, nice walk to downtown

A well appointed small house that is close to everything you would want to see and do in Pensacola. The owner is easily reachable and responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Comfortable, clean and lots of extras!

A relatively nice stay at this house over the labor day weekend. Unfortunately, we had some difficulty with an appliance which put a damper on the final day of our stay. The property manager was informed but due to our late arrival back from the beach could not provide any assistance (understandably). Fantastic location!!! Loved the old door latches and the super high ceilings. Nice bathroom; but not super private. Well equipped kitchen as well. Property very clean and has a nice courtyard in back with a hose to hose off from beach. Property manager refunded partial amount of money due to the failure which was not addressable before we left. For that we are most grateful.

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT THE LITTLE RED HOUSE, THE HOST WAS GREAT, THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN, AND LOCATED IN A NICE QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD, CONVENIENT LOCATION, THIS PLACE HAS EVERTHING YOU WILL NEED FOR A PERFECT VACATION. I REALLY ENJOYED THE NEIGHBOHOOD CAT IT WOULD BE ON THE PORCH EVERY MORNING WAITING FOR ME TO COME OUT.
