Comfortable and spacious property as described. It's a unique set up. Host is quite forward with his communication.

Great communication with host .Good location in an interesting picturesque town .Accommodation adaptable to a few different groups ie double and bunks and sofa bed . Quaint decks and places to sit and enjoy the environs . Can see a small view to the lake from the front balcony .plenty of cooking pots and frypans etc. Thankyou Fabio for helping us with info for our stay .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Property is clean, modern, and very cozy! Great accommodation for travelling with a toddler, and very kind and helpful host. We will definitely be back. Grazie mille!

Lovely property. Great location. Excellent communication with owner, Fabio, extremely informative and made our first time in Lake Como easy to navigate. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable,well equipped and clean.Description was accurate, with parking space. Fabio the host was very helpful and pleasant and spoke excellent english. Nice views and although over a road, it was quiet, with only the odd car that probably lived in that road. Overall excellent.

The Little House on the Bridge was ideally placed for getting about Menaggio - close to the lake side, beach, shops restaurants and ferry. The house is quirky with everything we needed. We didn’t do any cooking as we ate out , just breakfasts and light lunches. Bed was comfortable and air con very welcome. Menaggio is well placed for taking the ferry to Varenne and Bellagio or the bus along the west coast to Como. We didn’t use the car at all once we arrived as there was no need.

Everything about this condo exceeded my expectations. Very charming and inviting. The host and hostess are fabulous. Wish I could have seen their outdoor cats. Maybe next time.,, Ciao, Cic

The apartment is very nice and cozy and we felt very comfortable. Fabio, the landlord, was extraordinarily helpful and very nice and was able to give lots of good tips on various activities in the region. His support was flawless and the communication was extremely clear and most uncomplicated, which we really appreciated. Furnishings and equipment were not exactly luxurious, but we had everything we needed. The small balcony with a view on the lake and the village (classic, tiny balcony for a maximum of two slim people ;), but perfect for breakfast coffee) and the larger terrace are a real asset. Next time we're at Lago di Como, we'll definitely try to rent this cosy, beautifully situated cottage again. Again so many thanks to Fabio!!!

We loved our stay in menaggio. Our only problem was that our stay was too short. Fabio is a wonderful host. We want to come again someday for a longer stay.

Nice authentic house with a view over the lake. The lake, the beach, shops and the boats to other villages are at walking distance. The host Fabio gives a lot of information and ideas about trips in the region.

Very charming property in the historic section. Beautiful views of the lake. Wi-Fi and all the modern conveniences of home. A short walk from the town center.
