Little Big Sky: A Dog-friendly Treehouse with a View

Our stay at Little Big Sky was perfect. The host was very responsive, left a personalized greeting for my family and I in the entry, and even took the time to provide us with updates re: road conditions and weather coming up the mountain. Every corner of the home is exceptional - from holiday decorations to the comforts one would hope for a family adventure in the mountains. The whole place is warm and inviting, functional and fun for kids and adults alike. You can tell the hosts anticipate every need and exceed expectations before you ever arrive. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10

The house is in a great location with views of the lake and mountains. Only a short drive to the Village. It was charming, clean, pet-friendly and had everything you would need to enjoy a stay there. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Stay here! You won't regret it. The property is a perfect set up for family and friends. My husband and I took my parents and we brought our dog. That was the real selling point for us. There is a bedroom on the main floor for those who have trouble with stairs. There is plenty of space to hang out together or separately. We really enjoyed watching the birds from the living room and deck. The village is a short drive away and the home has everything you need. From the minute you walk in you feel at home. There was a thoughtful gift basket with wine, goodies and premium dog treats!We truly appreciated the amenities for our pup, especially the potty area. It was the perfect get away and we will be back.

What a perfect place to stay! Many stays advertised as pet-friendly really mean “pets tolerated,” but not this one. Here, your pets are a welcome part of the family and that is SO important. The home itself was also beautiful and very accurately described. The hosts were kind & helpful. You can tell they actually prioritize your comfort and have included many helpful items in the home (think wide range of dishes, full spice rack, ironing boards, etc.) The stars aligned for us to enjoy flexibility on check in and check out times. We know that isn’t always possible, but it was so appreciated! THANK YOU to these wonderful hosts!

This was our second Vrbo rental, and we found another gem! While it can sleep more people, this house was perfect for two couples and our two rescue dogs. We took the lower level, and the little fenced yard for the dogs was a brilliant convenience. The three-level design of the house gave us a nice mix of communal spaces and quiet hideaways for reading, stargazing or gazing out at the magnificent view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Entertaining ourselves at the pool table was a fun way to spend an afternoon when it was too hot to go out, and we spent many happy hours in the well-appointed kitchen. Arrowhead Village and Blue Jay are only minutes away, and we wished we had more time to explore the surrounding area. All around, a great experience!
