Stayed Sep 24, 2025This was probably one of the worst stays I’ve ever had on VRBO. The house was so dirty and there were stains, dust, broken things everywhere. It didn’t look like it was cleaned well before our stay. We encountered many issues and although the host was very communicative, it didn’t help much. The property description was accurate and, although an older home, it was very roomy. The filth and lack of maintenance just made it a bad experience

Stayed Sep 5, 2025My friends and I came into town for a Mississippi State football game and this property was exactly what we were looking for. Great shared spaces to hang out, enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, and walking distance to both the main bar street and the stadium. The neighborhood is definitely in the process of revitalization but we had no issues walking through it at all times of day and the neighbors were very friendly, even to opposing fans. Would definitely recommend this property as a home base for an awesome football weekend.
