Linger Longer-Oceanside Home in Atlantic Beach, NC

Great proximity to pool and ocean. Walkable to state park and some businesses. Clean and spacious. Fridge was leaking and property management company responded right away. We received text telling us we could check in early because cleaning was finished early. We appreciated that perk. This house is definitely on our list to return to in the future.

We absolutely LOVED the property! The house was gorgeous, clean, and had more than enough room for us! The location is next to the pool and a short walk down to the beach! We would stay there over and over again!

Linger Longer was the perfect beach house for our family trip to Atlantic Beach. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and well equipped with easy access to the beach and right next to the community pool. We really enjoyed it!

Great property, very well appointed vacation home.

Our stay was better than expected. It worked out perfectly for our family of 8! The property manager was incredibly organized and very responsive. The home was decorated well and was well equipped with just about everything we needed. The home seemed very modern and easy to maintain. The home was perfect distance to the community pool (which was clean and a great spot to hang) and it was also perfect location for a quick walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed making memories at linger longer! Great house for an amazing week!

We loved our stay at Linger Longer - the house is so well appointed and beautifully decorated. The online pictures give an excellent glimpse of how nice it is - appears to be new. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, one being a sub zero fridge. All appliances are modern. All cooking utensils and essentials are provided - very well stocked. There are 2 Adirondack rocking chairs and one presidential rocking chair on the deck off of one of the downstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a deck w/two chaise lounge chairs. The master bath is also upstairs and has an open floor plan w/a stall shower and toilet and 2 vanity sinks and tub . There is a design flaw in that there is no door to close off the toilet/shower portion from the vanity and closet portion so two people can adequately use the space together. It's a nice bathroom, though, with a huge closet for hanging clothes. The two other bedrooms are on the main floor and have a hall bathroom that is small but adequate. The furniture is comfortable as were the beds. It's a very pretty home in a quaint neighborhood with well maintained yards. It is a bit of a trek to the beach and the beach is really wide. We did not mind as we love to walk. There is a wagon, if needed, and beach chairs in the storage closet on the carport. This was a perfect choice for our family of three, suiting all of our needs and meeting our expectations. The owners did a wonderful job creating a great, attractive, inviting beach house.
