Linger Longer - Gulf Views, Heated Private Pool, Two Cabanas with TV + Fire Pit!

The location was great. The house looked clean at first sight but was not truly clean. Killed some of the largest cockroaches we have ever seen. Propane gas was out and we had to purchase. Holes in the ceiling. Fixtures such as tub handles for water falling off or just missing. The internet only worked in a few rooms. They did send an internet guy to fix it twice but it only worked in 3 of the 5 rooms. Location was on point! Still we had to purchase a broom and mop so we could clean it a little better. In spite of all that we had a great time.

Overall, it was a nice family vacation, however, the house lacked cleanliness and some bare necessities. The living room furniture was black to where we had to cover with sheets so we could sit on it, it was so worn you would sink when sat on, and there were several live and dead cockroaches found throughout the house. Each bathroom only got 1 roll of toilet paper and the floor was gross causing your feet to be black if you went barefoot. The pool was amazing and the location was perfect!!

Needs deep cleaning!Air ducts caked with dust. Two Red loveseats so stained n dirty. Used sheets n blankets to cover. Everything needs update sorry broken bed frame 3rd floor. Blinds so much dust. Take your allergy medicine!

Though not the Taj Mahal, Linger Longer was more than adequate with it's private pool and short 2 minute stroll to the beach. It had more than enough room for my family of 8 ranging in age from 62 to 13 months. Ocean Reef was readily available by phone or text. All in all a good week except for Hurricane Francine and her cloudy and sometimes rainy days.

Well unfortunately the washer & dryer were not in operational condition which made it difficult, so we made 3 trips to laundromat during our stay to wash and dry clothes, property management person said they had someone lined out but no one ever showed up & we also had to refill propane tank for bbq grill, other than that we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to return

Walk to the beach in 3 minutes! Not crowded, in a quiet neighborhood and close to dining. Great weather all week!( October) See ya next year!

This house is nothing like advertised. Very worn, inside and out. Furniture old and worn. Some chairs broken at bar and at pool. Pool bottom so rough everybody got scratched or cut, had to wear shoes in pool. Pool pump stopped working and couldn’t use pool last two days. Neighbor across street leaves cat food or all the feral cats in the parking spaces and all up and down the street, very unsanitary. Kitchen poorly stocked, pots and pans worn. No shade much at pool. Definitely won’t be back to this unit. It definitely appears owners have checked out. Save your money!

Amazing location, great space and amenities for a party of 15. Pool was a good size for proximity to the beach.

This is a perfect property for family to come enjoy the beautiful gulf beach. The house is spacious with lots of beds for everyone. The pool was nice and heated! And the location is great. Just a short walk to the beach. Also its conveniently located close to all the restaurants and shopping. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The rental process (scheduling, check in & out) was smooth and easy. Overall, the house was very nice. It had ample space for our group of 15 (8 adults, 3 teenagers and 4 children). The pool was enjoyed by all. The furniture could use an update. At least two of the bar stools had broken spindles and the sofas and chaise were showing the wear. Lastly the ocean view mentioned in the description is a stretch at best. But overall this place gets a Thumbs-up. Would rent it again.
