The back deck was thoughtfully designed with families in mind and does not have stairs leading off of it, providing an added layer of safety for guests traveling with young children.



The home is ideally located between two convenient beach access points at Anderson Street and Mile Marker 3, making it simple to reach the sand and surf. Guests who prefer to drive can park along Anderson Street without blocking access.

This home is dog-friendly, one small dog only (25 lbs or less). Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies, per pet.



RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG

• Dog must be older than 9 months

• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house

• Guests must clean up after their dog

• No excessive barking
