The Space:

Welcome to your peaceful White Mountains retreat — a warm and inviting chalet designed for comfort, convenience, and memorable stays. From the moment you walk inside, the soaring wood ceilings and open-concept design create the cozy atmosphere of a classic mountain getaway.



Please Note: Access to the home is from the parking area via an outdoor stair pathway leading to the main entrance, which includes approximately 8+ steps with a gentle incline. This is a standard exterior access route, and guests with mobility considerations, heavy luggage, or young children may wish to review this detail when planning their stay.

Perfect for morning coffee or relaxation, the deck features an outdoor dining set with a tiled tabletop and comfortable seating, all framed by a charming chalet-style railing and a backdrop of towering evergreen trees.



The country-cabin-style kitchen features an efficient U-shaped layout designed to make cooking easy and enjoyable. Fully equipped for your stay, the kitchen includes: Refrigerator, Stove & oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Cookware & utensils, and other Basic cooking essentials & seasonings.



A convenient half bathroom is also located on the main level.



Please note: The wood-burning fireplace is not available for guest use, and AC is only available on the main level in the kitchen, dining, and living room spaces.

Please note: Firewood is not provided for the fire pit. Bear activity in the area — do not leave food outside. Trash must be brought to the Christmas Mountain dumpster at 100 Christmas Mountain Road, Intervale, NH (2 mi away) before checkout.



★House Rules★

- Primary booking guest must have at least one prior stay history on Vrbo and maintain a 5-star guest rating/review history. Reservations that do not meet these requirements may be subject to additional screening, cancellation, or a refundable security deposit request at the host’s discretion.

- The primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested.

- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.

- Pets, parties or events are not allowed.

- No smoking anywhere on the property — violations subject to a $500 fine plus remediation charges.
