The master bedroom w/queen bed, own full bath is spacious and opens to a patio with a hot tub, which allows you to enjoy the beautiful views of Temecula Valley while sipping on your favorite wine. Two additional bedrooms on the other side of the home both with queen beds, full bathroom directly in front of them. The private back yard is quiet and perfect for enjoying morning coffee while watching hot air balloons fly over the sunrise. ~We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a fine, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

One of our staff members will meet and greet you at check in. We will then hand over keys and show functions of the home and answer any questions you may have.
Guest & Occupancy Policy
To ensure a comfortable and well-managed stay, only registered guests are permitted on the property. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present valid ID at check-in. Overnight occupancy is limited to 6 guests. We’re happy to allow up to 4 daytime visitors between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM with prior notice.
This home is designed for relaxed getaways. Loud celebrations, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. These guidelines are enforced in accordance with local regulations (Riverside County Ordinance 927.2). Any violations may result in the termination of your stay, forfeiture of your security deposit, and/or additional fees.

Noise & Quiet Hours
We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of our neighbors and adhere to local noise regulations. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with outdoor noise kept to a minimum at all times.
For compliance and community respect, the property is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only (no audio is recorded). This is in accordance with Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 for all vacation rental properties in the area. Excessive noise or violations of local ordinances may result in a $1,500 fee and possible early termination of your stay.

Spa Heating
The above-ground jacuzzi is available year-round and there is no cost to heat. Enjoy!

Pets
We welcome small, hypoallergenic pets under 20 lbs. with prior approval. A $75 fee per pet applies. We kindly ask that pets are well cared for during your stay, and any additional cleaning or damages may incur extra charges.

Parking
Parking is limited to a maximum of 3 vehicles, all of which must be parked on-site. Street parking and oversized vehicles are not permitted.

No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee, along with any additional costs required to restore the property. Smoking outside is permitted in designated areas.

We have a basic Check-Out list that is posted inside the home. Please follow instructions to ensure a smooth check-out. Failure to follow house rules—including unauthorized guests, parties, noise violations, or smoking—may result in fines, loss of deposit, or immediate removal without refund.

    John is an excellent host. Very accommodating. Every time I reached out he replied right away. We could not find something in the kitchen and he had a new one sent over. Great location and perfect size house for a small group. Would definitely stay here again

    We had a great stay. The host was communicative ahead of our arrival. The house was perfect with beautiful views of the valley. We had everything we needed - a well stocked kitchen making it easy to cook meals. Games, hot tub, clear instructions on checking out. It was a beautiful neighborhood to walk in and an easy drive to Old Town and wineries. I would highly recommend this rental!

    We were attending a family wedding in Temecula and this property was in an ideal location. As described, if not a little bit worn and in need of some TLC but did not detract from our stay. Loved the hot tub and stunning views. Nice to sit outside, weather permitting, and enjoy the views. Kitchen well stocked with utensils so we were able to stay indoors and prepare meals. All in all a pleasant stay.

    We are already looking forward to our next stay here. The backyard is perched above rolling hills with beautiful views extending out either direction. There is a large tree that is perfectly centered to provide shade, so it is even relaxing in the middle of the day. The jacuzzi takes full advantage of the views as well. The house itself is well equipped and spacious. The fireplace makes it really cozy. It is conveniently located with shopping and restaurants nearby, and also close to the vineyards. The bbq came in handy as we grilled one night. We were looking for a peaceful, beautiful setting to decompress and it checked all the boxes.

    This home gets top marks for all the important points - John was amazingly responsive throughout, the house is gorgeous and the setting spectacular. We would 100% stay there again if the opportunity arises. Note that the house is adjacent to another rental property and we had an issue with late night noise - however John assured me that the guests were told in no uncertain terms that the county takes its noise ordinances very seriously. We had no other noise issues except for the barking dog. I guess indoor dog barking is not bad enough to warrant action. But honestly, the stay was so great and I felt bad saying anything - I'm sure the owner would have done something about it if I'd mentioned it. And in general, there was a lot of neighborhood dog barking. Just something to bear in mind.
