Lincoln Townhome w/ Community Pool & Club Access!

We enjoyed our repeat rental from Joe O'Connell. We were a family of 8 and was very comfortable. Joe takes pride of his properties and was very attentive to our needs. A+

The house is great…lots of room, great kitchen and living room. Is just like the pictures. Area is great with tons of stuff to do. Gorgeous views of the white mountains. Excellent communication when needed from the owner. Would definitely stay here again!

There were certainly things about the condo that were inviting and accurately described in the VRBO listing. The unit was easy to enter but the markings on the ground identifying the correct parking spaces were totally worn away. The kitchen was new, spacious, clean and well appointed. The bathroom on the lowest level was also in decent shape and the shower water was hot although the pressure was minimal. Beware,this is a 4 level unit. The “first floor” is actually 2 flights down from the entrance and the living room is 2 up.i have a significant walking problem and wouldn’t not have chosen it had I known. It’s interesting that the owner requests that renters remove their shoes to keep the wall to wall carpets clean because ii is very dirty with permanent large stains. The slider in the lowest floor King bedroom was damaged on the bottom and we decided not to open it. The 2 sets of bunk beds in the other lowest floor bedroom had no ladders (standard equipment) making it not possible to climb to the top bunks. The operation of the 4 TV monitors was very confusing. In fact we were unable to utilize them at all. Another issue was that some of the 4 remotes in the living room (none were labeled with functions) and in the 4th floor bedroom had dead batteries. The only direction was in the book and this said to call Direct TV. The listing states there is a high chair, there is not. The owner was on vacation when I texted him so didn’t hear back from him until the next day.

Terrific location for enjoying fall beauty in New Hampshire mountains. Clean with comfortable beds. All the dishes and cookware needed to make some great meals. Plenty of seating both at dining table and in living room to accommodate a larger group. Easy check-in. Highly recommend!

Clean comfortable townhouse. Only 3 steps to get in the unit, some of the townhouses up there have many stairs. We ran out paper towels,toilet paper , trash bags , and soap on sinks. Rugs were stained , I took pictures as owner requests no shoes but rugs are light cream so hard to keep those clean. Could not get racu tv to work . Other then that we enjoyed it!

Booking process was 100% clear and hassle-free. Property was 100% accurate as described in the listing. All amenities for the weekend were available for our use. Property was well suited for our friends' weekend away. Would book again.

We loved the condo and location, the little stream running next to the house was a welcome sound when you go out the door, close to Loon and the center for all activities....

Staying at this house was a amazing experience the house was beautiful and clean beds are very comfortable and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating and easy to communicate Would definitely recommend this house and would love to come back again at our next vacation!!

We stay here often to visit family in town. The owner is very communicative and love the scenic location of the property.
