Limosa Special Luxury residence is a brand new 3-bedroom 2-floor holiday property with instant access to the beach, located in a very quiet spot of Kissamos town, being ideal for families or friends, offering the perfect opportunity to relax, enjoy the Cretan sea, eat delicious local food and explore the nearby exotic beaches of Balos, Falassarna and Elafonissi. Since it is very near to the center of a small town and only 300m away from the organized beach, Limosa Special Residence provides asense of high-level mood and efficiency. It offers large and sunny spaces decorated with really special taste and quality and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Entering the ground floor vistors will find a spacious living room with 2 sofa beds. In the same floor there are the dinning area and a big kitchen, fully ergonomic and high quality equipped. Finally there is an extra 2person bedroom with private bathroom (both FULLY FURNISHED FOR DISABLED PERSONS) and a sufficient outdoor balcony.
