Good location, shared outdoor seating area with the other condo units was pleasant, disappointed in the rest. There was clearly mold on the ceilings and in the vents throughout the unit. We all got headaches and allergic reactions. There were bodily fluids on a duvet in one bedroom, the cleaners only wash the linens and used towels but definitely don’t wash throw pillow shams, duvets, towels left folded. Bathrooms smelled very strongly, like party bus or public restroom smell. Shower curtains moldy and had black at the bottom. The decor was nice but a bandaid over a cleanliness problem. The single outdoor shower is under the building in the parking lot so it was not private, viewable and accessible from the street. Every closet in the unit was also FILLED with owners personal items, not usable.

Great location and good amenities. Manager was great to work with and we enjoyed our time at the residence.

Great location next to beach and dining! Wonderful set up on in the common area for evening hangs. The house could have been cleaner, dirty floors left socks black. Beds were old coil mattresses that were not very comfortable. Overall great experience, could use a couple small adjustments and it’d be 5 stars

Such a lovely place to stay. We had 4 adults, 2 toddlers, and an infant and there was plenty of space for all. There was everything you would need and more in the kitchen. Loved having a bathroom access in each floor. Everything felt very convenient and well thought out. WiFi signal was great throughout the place. Location in relation to the beach access and plenty of other activities and restaurants was perfect. 10/10 would stay here again!!

We had a great stay, would stay again

Place was perfectly located, kitchen fully stocked and there was plenty of room. All sheets and towels were provided and place was clean. The only things I would change are some games, although our crew had no time to play any this time and beds were very uncomfortable. Overall though everything was perfect!! Plan to rent again!!

Overall nice. Appreciated the attention to detail and nicely decorated. Great location. Check in process was very easy. I was extremely disappointed that there was no hot tub despite advertising a hot tub. Would not have chosen this location otherwise. 3rd floor balcony unsafe for small children. It’s missing a rail that a small child 6 and under can easily fall through. Some areas could benefit from upgrading such as 3rd floor tub.

Everything was perfect for four colleagues attending the MaCo conference and needing to be close to activities including the convention center but to have enough privacy to enable doing work off and on as well as relaxing. This was the perfect location and accommodations for that and had everything we needed. We will definitely be looking to book this again for next year and will probably extend our stay a little bit. Thank you!!

The property was amazing and just as described. It was a perfect location for what we needed while in ocean city. We would not hesitate to stay again!

The unit was very clean and well maintained. The location was also great. Near the bus stop. Mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but nothing else negative to say. Would stay here again.

The three story condo was in a great location and very thoughtful. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was very convenient for a large family and the kitchen had an ample amount of kitchenware, pots and pans. The attention to detail in providing beach equipment is very thoughtful too. It is also walking distance to some great restaurants and parking is conveniently covered being under the building. We definitely recommend this stay to many travelers.

We loved the covered parking spaces, the layout, the spaciousness, plentiful A/C, the amenities (towels, soap, paper towels, wipes, coffee maker, etc). It was a home away from home. The beach is also a quick two blocks away. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
