We had a wonderful time and can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to everyone!

The property was in an ideal location (mid keys) allowing us plenty of scope to visit any of the keys easily.The villa itself was a good size and lovely location, backing onto the canal between the gulf of mexico(america) and the Atlantic. Very peaceful yet walking distance to a couple of bars (Havana Jack's being one, playing live music most days) along with local fish cuisine amongst other favourites, pizza and burgers lolThe villa was spacious enough and was very comfortable.Overall, we loved it.The host (LeeAnn) was easy to contact with any questions, in one case going above and beyond ordering a toy for our granddaughter (unavailable in the uk) and having it delivered to the villa before we left. 5* for that alone Also Deb (house manager) proved her weight in gold with plenty of local information.Can't thank you both enough.

What a great little bungalow! It was just as pictured and in the perfect location. LeeAnn is very thoughtful in the minor details like toiletries and kitchen supplies. If you want a great central place in the Keys, reach out to LeeAnn. September is the perfect time to go.

We had a fantastic stay at Lilo's. The unit was immaculate, and the owners have put a lot of thought into setting it up with everything that is needed for an enjoyable stay. The location of the unit is excellent being only a couple few minutes' walk to a nearby restaurant and tiki bar. Key Colony is a great place to stay, especially if you like to walk or bike each morning during your vacation. We'll be back!

While I have stayed in the Keys before, I had never stayed on Marathon Key. This key and VRBO neighborhood was fabulous! The rental looks exactly like the pictures and private access to the canal and the onsite pool did not disappoint! I kayaked and fished every day... which is what I came to do! The rest of my crew enjoyed relaxing by the pool. We only left the rental to eat dinner out and snorkel!LeeAnn has thought of all creature comforts at this rental (kayaks, fishing poles and bait, pool floaties, hammock, etc). I had a couple of questions before the stay to which she promptly responded and one text while on site which again illicited a prompt response even during a holiday period.We had a great stay- thanks LeeAnn!

Everything at Lilo’s was perfect! The location, the pool and out door space. We kayaked and paddleboarded every morning from the dock through the canals to the ocean. We also enjoyed the beach access at the end the end of the street. We used the heated pool every night and ate every meal in the tiki hut. We can’t wait to stay again!

Home is beautiful, well stocked with linens, supplies, etc., and looks exactly like listing.

The house has anything you could need for comfortable getaway in key colony. Plenty to keep you entertained at the house with the pool, tiki hut and outdoor tv.

Great location and accessability

Incredible place to stay! My family of 3 enjoyed our week long stay here. This place has everything and we couldn’t wait to get back each evening. From fishing, to kayaking, to watching tv while relaxing in the pool!!! They have everything you need to make your vacation as peaceful as possible. I wish I could take LILO’s with me everywhere I vacation. Do yourself a favor and book this slice of paradise.

We came down to the Keys for some much needed R&R after battling cancer for the last 7 months. We were so excited to finally have the chance to get away, and Lilo's was exactly what the doctor ordered. From the beginning LeeAnn was great with helping us get everything booked and was very helpful during our entire stay for anything we needed. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the pics really do it no justice. It was also well stocked with all the amenities, 2 bicycles, fishing poles etc. as well as an outside freezer full of bait to fish in the canal. The outside pool area and Tiki hut were a major hit and that's where we spent most of our days, and we enjoyed the hammock swings so much we bought 2 for our house back in Tennessee. We definitely can't wait to stay again!

Everything was as advertised and expected. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with this rental. 100 percent would stay here again and recommend to others.
