Stayed Mar 1, 2025We stayed at Lilli Pilli House Vincentia for a weekend away with a group of old friends. The house is an older/original style beach house that has been updated while retaining its original rustic beach house charm. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, platters, salad & serving bowls for our big group meals. It had everything we needed to cook up a storm. The beds were super comfy with lovely crisp white linens and comfy pillows. The house is very big with loads of space for our group to gather together around the large dining table or spread out and find a private space for some quiet time. The level grassed back yard was the perfect spot for our morning boot camp sessions and the fully fenced yard meant our treasured family dog was able to join us safely for the weekend. The house has lovely views of Jervis Bay to enjoy from the front veranda while capturing the cooling ocean breeze with a cuppa or a wine. The 2-min walk to the beach made it super easy for stunning sunrise walks with the dog and all day swims. The weekend we stayed the weather was really hot, but the house has pedestal fans in every room to keep things cool, as well as baskets of soft snuggly blankets for when it gets colder. Lilli Pilli House reminded me of the lovely older style beach houses we stayed in on family holidays as a kid. It was full of thoughtful homely touches and rustic charm that made for a very relaxed, comfortable & happy weekend away.

Stayed Jan 4, 2025This house is in desperate need of a renovation.Yes it's in a great location but the house was not up to scratch. Several broken items, bathroom sinks that are unuseable and quite dirty.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024This home is in a great location, close to beach, bike-track and playground, and only a 1.7km drive to the local shops. There was plenty of room for us all and the bedding configuration was perfect for our needs with 4 children under 7 yo. The large table seated us all (10 of us) when we all ate together and there was also another table that seated 6 close to the kitchen which was also handy. The house looks like it is a work in progress with some areas renovated and others that need some updating. We all enjoyed our stay but feel the one thing that let it down was the cleaning. I had to buy cleaning product to clean the bathrooms. In the main bedroom there was quite a bit of mound in the en-suite shower and the shower curtain also had mould on the bottom. With a new cleaner i would certainly recommend this house.

Stayed Feb 17, 2023This house had a modern clean kitchen, huge living area’s, comfortable bedding and a view to the beach. It was perfect for our group getaway. It was an easy walk down to the beach where we spent a lovely couple of days.

Stayed Jan 19, 2023This house was perfect for our large group of friends. Location was perfect and being so close to the beach was super convenient! The local shops just being down the road made life so easy and we quickly became obsessed with the burgers from Lemontree Cafe. Overall, this house was amazing and we will definitely be booking it again next time we go away!!
