We were in town for a family member’s funeral. This property was perfect for our two families. We arrived at night and had difficulty finding the location, but the property manager answered our call immediately and guided us right in. The home was clean, cute, and comfortable. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner easily in such a great kitchen and enjoyed a bonfire with s’mores afterwards. We also checked out the indoor community pool and the kids loved it. The adults loved that it was attached to a restaurant with easy access to a bar/football games. My personal favorite part was walking around the lakes: it was cold, but so beautiful. While we weren’t there for a happy occasion, we still managed to enjoy ourselves and would love to stay here again in the summer.
Nice weekend rental.
We stayed here with family for our son’s wedding in the area and truly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. Had a total of 9 people stay the night and 12 people hang out the day after. Never felt cramped or crowded. Chairs at fire pit were super comfy and we loved hanging out there at night. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, but kitchen, dining room table and chairs has food on them. Quick wiped them down after checking in not a biggie but annoying. Also had to clean up some dead flies around the main living space. Again, just annoying. The lock box to get in was temperamental occasionally but we made it work. For a home that sleeps 13, there were only 4 coffee cups in the house. Bring extra cups if you have more than 4 coffee drinkers, we had to run to the store for some disposable cups. **Attention owners** Just cause there’s bunk beds doesn’t mean adults won’t be sleeping in them. ** It is tricky and confusing to find the garage and you have to go around block The owners never responded to my inquiries prior to check in but once I received my email regarding our stay the property management service was AMAZING. Steve and Candie were the absolute best and went above and beyond to help us. Steve even called around to stores near us to find someplace we could buy firewood. All in all would definitely recommend staying here. Beautiful home on a peaceful lake with multiple bird species to watch. Truly enjoyed our stay.
The house is stunning and brand new! We stayed here with my brother and sister in law and our two kids 1 and 3 years old! One of the bedrooms doesn’t have a window which is perfect for infants because you don’t have to bring a black out curtain. The open kitchen, dining and living room are great too! The property has a very nice back lawn that looks onto the water. There is a road between the house and the water but it is not busy. We will definitely stay here again.
Stayed in many vacation rentals and this is in top three. Immaculate inside and outside, with detailed sleeping arrangements. Outdoors offers stand alone fire pit to gaze at lake during day and stars at night.
