Lil' Bennie-1/2 mi to Slaughter Pen Trails

This was the perfect place to stay in Bentonville! Great location and the house met all of our needs. The Lil’ Bennie exceeded our expectations!

The property was very nice. The location is good and walkable to downtown. It was ridiculously hot, mid 90s, and air conditioning was able to keep up, but window units are a bit noisy especially when sleeping. The outdoor living area was ok, but a bit dirty with screens needing some work to make more bug free. Loved the backyard for pups and appreciated the accuracy of listing regarding fence. There were nice kitchen amenities. I would have appreciated a starter set of coffee pods. Parking soace is great.

We love the location of this house. So easy to get anywhere around Bentonville. The house was great!

We had a wonderful last minute trip to Bentonville. This house had everything we needed, comfortable beds, great location, wonderful backyard area for our maltipoo to run around in and a storage area for our bikes. The house was decorated beautifully and very clean. The master bedroom does get hot during the day as we were there in mid June, but the fan provided worked great and kept it cool at night. I think if the air filters were changed out regularly it would help the air flow and be a quick fix. We would definitely book here again!

It was a wonderful quick trip. The place was cute, comfortable, clean and great walkable location to downtown, restaurants and parks.

This little house was perfect! It’s been fully renovated and is oh so cute and cozy. Location is within walking/driving distance to downtown. Comfortable beds and furniture. Would recommend to add blackout blinds in the guest bedroom due to the streetlight. Other than that, no complaints. Would love to book upon return to Bentonville.

Came to town to ride bikes, trails are wonderful, the house was perfect - great location, great amenities. The owners were very responsive and helpful, highly recommend.

Loved this home in a quiet neighborhood in Bentonville. The kitchen was well appointed, the fenced in backyard was great for the dog, and the location was unbeatable!!! Close to trails and downtown area. Very cool town and downtown area. Lots of great restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evening. King size bed very comfortable. We would def go back! Thank you!
