A Marco Island Waterfront Home offers 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths and a half

bathroom in the lanai with an outdoor shower attached to it, large Great Room,

kitchen and dining areas, swimming pool with BBQ area. The Master Bedroom

has a King bed and bathroom has a shower and separate bathtub. Both Guest

Bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each room. Backyard with beautiful water view,

sunrise & sunset views, and fish in the canal.

1 Beach Cart, 1 Umbrellas, 4 Beach Chairs, 1 Beach Picnic Blanket, 2 Coolers,

6 beach/pool towels.



Quiet Neighborhood, great for bike riders, walking, etc. The house is only

about 1.6 miles to the first closest Beach Public Access between Madeira Beach

Condominium and Seafarer Condominium on South Collier Blvd so very doable with

bikes, 2.3 mile to the Turtle Beach Access Parking and 2.8 miles to South

Marco Beach Access Parking.

NOTE: This house is in a residential area of Marco Island and there is a

strict Noise Ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. NO outside loud

noises shall be made to cause a disturbance to the neighbors. Parking permit

is limited to 2 vehicles per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the

swales and CAN NOT obstruct sidewalks. SHOULD THE POLICE GO OUT TO THE

PROPERTY YOU ARE RENTING, AND A NOISE VIOLATION IS ISSUED, it will become your

responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at $250.00,

and move to $500.00, for a second visit.



The House sleeps 6 only.



Security cameras: 2 in the front of the house, 1 in the garage, 1 in the

back of the house.

NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when

the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some

temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool

again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when

the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage. WE DO

NOT HEAT THE POOL DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS from MAY THROUGH MID NOVEMEBER.



THE DOCK IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR BOAT USAGE.

    Great time with family for a few days over Xmas. Home plenty big with heated pool and nice kitchen. Owner was terrific and always available.

    Nice house in a Very convenient location, close to South Point, Goodland, and many good restaurants. VERY quiet neighborhood cul de sac… less than 1/3 of the houses on the street were occupied the week we were there. Positives: Beautiful polished ceramic floors, enclosed pool, huge master bath, full compliment of appliances including washer/dryer, nicely furnished and decorated, great location - very quiet, very convenient to the best parts of Marco Island, reasonable (offseason) rental rate. Not so positives: 1. electrical system badly needs to be updated … about 20% of the wall switches don’t do anything… knob missing off at least 1 fan rheostat to control speed. 2. Stovetop burners control labels are mostly worn off… cooking is a bit of guesswork. 3. Took almost 5 minutes to get lukewarm water in master bath shower (control knob turned all the way to hot). Forget about getting actual hot water anywhere in the house. 4. Thermostat is locked out, so no ability to adjust temperature in house to anything other than 75F. 5. Large, obvious water damage area in dining room ceiling. 6. Front yard had bare spots and weeds and looked like crap compared to almost every other (perfect) yard in the neighborhood. It was obvious this house is owned by a rental company and not an individual who truly cares about their property.
