We couldn't go because of a snowstorm. But the host seemed nice in the correspondence.

Split-level home with newly renovated interior was everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Plenty of space for three adults in our family along with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Supplied with complete consumables and linens the house was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and on top of things.

Cozy, home needs some work. However we did enjoy our stay. Location is fantastic.

Clean rooms and house

This house was in a great location and close to everything that we did while in KC.

Perfect location. Close to many things. Property was very clean but still needs some work done. Owner was easy to work with and made sure we had what we needed when one of the room remotes had a dead battery. Property is older and little air flow but all bedrooms had at least one extra fan in closet.

My adult children and my grandchildren and I all stayed here for a family event that was being held nearby. The property was clean and well maintained and well supplied with dishes, cutlery, kitchen gadgets, linens, whatever we needed.

Perfect location and perfect accommodations. The beds were comfortable and the entertainment options were above expectations. Fenced in backyard was a plus for our dog.

The property was just as described in the pictures. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, coffee and an assortment of spices. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room. We will definitely be back.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The owners were so easy to work with. They have it very modern and the quiet neighborhood is a big plus.

The property was pretty filthy and there was a strong sewage smell emanating from the upstairs bathroom. Three backyard was also a mess with building debris laying around and no outdoor light. When i informed the owner and let her know we were leaving early, she removed the cost for a night but essentially let me know that our complaints were untrue. Not a pleasant experience.

We were in town to visit with our family for Christmas - we had a wonderful visit! The decor is adorable, we really appreciated the coffee in the morning. It was spacious and our beds were comfy. I visit this area often and my sister lives nearby. I might book this house again. Really loved it!

The house was super comfy and well stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to stores and restaurants. Amber was very responsive and flexible. We would definitely stay again!

We had 7 adult family members staying here for a weekend. It was a perfect amount of space for everyone and it was a great location!! Everyone loved it and we will probably book it again in the future! Host was so easy to work with and very nice when answering questions too! N

Came to KC for a business trip. Myself and 2 coworkers stayed here. Great location with restaurants close by. House has plenty of space and very well stocked amenities. Would recommend staying here if you’re ever traveling to Overland Park!

Great house. Conveniently located, clean and comfortable!

The house was very clean and accommodations were great for us. Backyard needed some cleanup. Front porch could use a better railing system. We couldn’t figure out how to open garage but weather was great so didn’t need. Lovely neighborhood.

I gave this house a rating of 5 based on the inside of the home. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the linens were all very nice. However the backyard of the house was not a 5. The outdoor furniture was all filthy and the yard needed some TLC. It was ok for my two dogs to run around but there was a lot of debris in the yard, probably from a recent storm. It was not a backyard you would want to spend anytime in. Since we were two seniors, the lack of railings on the front porch made it a bit difficult for us. Also you might note that the water in the hall bath shower never got very hot. Something I am sure you can easily correct for the next guest. Other than those few things, we enjoyed the house and its location.

The place was perfect for some families to stay at for a softball trip. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay while traveling to the Overland Park area for a youth soccer tournament. Host was very easy to work with.

This property is well appointed and in a great location to restaurants and activities in the metro Kansas City area. Perfect for our multigenerational family. We had an enjoyable, fun filled long weekend and appreciated the comfortable accommodations. Definitely would return again! Thank you!
