Light Grey Getaway under 2 miles to mayo, 4 miles to the beach

The property was clean, roomy and a delight to enjoy. The property owner went above and beyond, with included complementary toiletries and K-cups for the Keurig. They had an abundant amount of beach chairs and toys, which added an extra element of comfort for our yearly beach vacation. 10/10 recommended!

The home was very clean, roomy, and very well stocked with everything a visitor might want. The wireless charging stands on each side of the master bed were nice touches, as were the labels on the light switches. The host was very accommodating, and was quick with replies. Highly recommended!

Exceptional, suited our needs. True to the photos as advertised! Clean, spacious, comfortable and close to family. Communication with Host was great.

The house was very clean, an assortment of essential “in case your forgot” items waiting on the table! The host was quick to reply to messages during the trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall comfortable space. Toilet plumbing needs upgrading; but host responded quickly to problems.Clean, very well equipped kitchen.

House is very nice. Well stocked kitchen with cookware. Very roomy, clean and comfortable.

The host was very responsive. We had an issue when we arrived, that was resolved fairly quickly. The property is ok, nice living room and kitchen, and the beds were comfortable. All three bathrooms need updating. In its present condition, I wouldn't rent it agan, but I am picky.

The property was great for what we needed it for close by the Mayo Clinic

We enjoy the house. The house was beautiful, but what caught my eye was the Masters bathroom. That was the best out of everything else.

Perfect location for our visit for UNF graduation. So very comfortable and clean with 2 masters, large living and dining and kitchen. Appreciated the amenities like beach chairs and coolers for a quick trip to the beach. Beautiful neighborhood for a long walk. Very much enjoyed a visit to the Church of Eleven 22, a contemporary Christian church nearby. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

We came down for a wedding in the area and just stayed a couple nights.

The property was in a nice neighborhood. It was very clean, easy to access well appointed and very comfortable would rent again for sure.

We stayed here for a graduation. Location was great and nice neighborhood. The house was fairly large and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable and it was nice having 3 bathrooms.

We rented this property as our son was getting married in Jacksonville. The pictures online looked nice. Upon arriving the home had a musty smell and was not very clean. The Ac vent was covered in dust. The linens in one of the rooms was dirty and had to be washed. The shower curtain in the master bedroom had mildew. In addition, two weeks later we were charged an additional 100 dollars noting we had broken the coffee machine we had never used. Would not recommend this property.

We really just went in and went to bed because we had to be at doctors appointment at 7:45. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great fit for graduation purpose. Had every thing we needed and more. Loved the back yard. Thanks for making it so easy to get in and out.

Had a great stay at this property. My only complaint is that the air wasn't on when we got there, so it took a couple hours to cool off from the 86 degrees it started at. Thankfully we were able to just go to dinner while the house cooled down. Loved all the lizards crawling around and even had to chase one out of the house which was pretty funny. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

So we enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was nice and neat and clean. Kitchen was nicely furnished, and we loved all the little extras that our hostess put around. The porch was lovely and our beds were quite comfortable. The ice maker was a nice touch. Plenty of room and great location. ? Suggestion? Pull switch for ceiling fans and ant beds in front yard need to be treated. Overall 9.5 out of 10?
