Stayed Jul 4, 2024Our stay was beautiful. The property has incredible views of Mount Rainier, Lake Washington, and the surrounding cities. We could watch fireworks from the property. Seattle was having a terrible heat wave. Without air conditioning the house was very very hot especially the upstairs. We appreciated the fans he provided. A few things of note. The listing states a “grill” as an amenity. It does not have one. There are cameras in all living spaces and hallways. We were not informed of this. After I booked and paid in full, I was informed that the owner would be living in the basement level and thus there were quite hours. Also, the property was listed as non smoking but the owner and his guest sat in the backyard and smoked which could be smelt strongly by us through the open windows due to the heat. The yard needs maintenance! It is very wild and overgrown.

Stayed Jul 28, 2023The house was per advertised. It was clean inside and supplied well. The communication with Jean was cordial and she was accommodating. Location for getting around was great. Maintenance of the yard was disappointing and the only take away from our stay.
