Stayed Aug 30, 2025Spotlessly clean. We were provided with everything we needed, plus lots of extras (for example, the bedroom door squeaks, dw40 in the basement! The hose was very comfortably arranged with plenty of space for 6 adults. We spent a lot of time on the spacious deck among the trees. Nice easy walk to ponds and to PJ's for soft-serve. Beds were comfortable and having linens and towels was a nice bonus. Definitely recommend!..

Stayed Aug 9, 2025My family loved our stay here. It is in a fabulous location - close to *many* beaches and ponds - and includes everything you need. It even had beach chairs and umbrellas in the shed. Highly recommended and we'd love to stay again.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024Nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. The house had a large deck with awesome lounge chairs, and was surrounded by woods. We cooked on the BBQ, ate outside on the deck, and took long walks around trails circling Dyer Pond. The house is walking distance (8-10 minutes) from PJs (for food and ice cream). The shower had nice pressure and the house had everything we needed. Two thumbs up.

Stayed May 26, 2023Wonderful Cape Cod house the end of a gravel road, very private with lots of scrub oak and pitch pine.The property is close to the national seashore with a single track trail,great for hiking and mountain biking. Visit some of the smaller kettle ponds on the trails. A big plus was having linens included in the rental.Nicely equipped kitchen and there are even some mountain bikes and helmets available.

Stayed Oct 14, 2022This property was a great location for Oysterfest as we were able to walk into town to avoid the traffic. The house itself had a nice deck out back and a great big living room that was perfect for gathering after we got back.
