Stayed Jul 5, 2025Nice condo in a perfect location directly on the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Bonus was it is turtle nesting season and we saw many turtles coming out to nest when we went on the beach after dark. The owner stopped by to check on us once and was available by phone if we needed anything. It was a great week.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025This townhome is the best setting for the perfect Beach Vacation! The location is perfect. The condo easily accommodated our group of 3 couples, with a bedroom and bathroom for each. We especially enjoyed being just steps from the sand and enjoying the beautiful sunrises in the mornings.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025Loved the master bedroom with sliding glass door to balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Beach was not crowded and very nice. Owner of the property was very accommodating and friendly. Saw a rocket launch right from the back yard!

Stayed May 18, 2024We enjoyed our time here again. We stayed back in 2021. This time was just like the last time. You just can’t beat the beach location and access and the convenience to stores and restaurants. This space is perfect for 5-6 adults and it meets our needs. The views are gorgeous and we love the balcony especially at night. Johnny is kind and friendly and easy to communicate with. He always extends an early check in when available. We purchased some beach towels and a couple of boards and left them for the next person. We put a little extra cleaning into the kitchen and the washing machine but overall the place was very clean. Johnny’s price is most reasonable for what you get. Others charge much more so we are grateful for this opportunity to stay on the beach…again. Thank you for another excellent family vacation!
