Licensed Gated Estate with Private Pool and Tennis Court!

The house and grounds were beautiful and enjoyed by the family. The host was very responsive.

The pictures do not do this property justice. This place is absolutely stunning, well furnished and equipped, and very clean. The communication from check in to check out was top notch. I am looking for any reason to return and stay here again!

A great place for a group of friends to spend a weekend getaway! The location was great for us, totally accurately described and easy access to lots of Vegas. The house was great and wish that it wasn't 1000 degrees out so we could take better advantage of all the outdoor spaces.

Property host was fabulous! Very responsive and helpful. Property was perfect for the variety of ages and interests of our group. Lots to do for everyone. Pool was our favorite spot and the diving board was a hit!

What an incredible stay! Pictures do not do it justice. Close to the strip, but far enough away to rest and relax peacefully by the pool. Plenty of privacy and ample space for social gatherings. Exceptional host with incredible communication. Count yourself lucky if you are able to rent this place. It is amazing!!!

If you want a resort stay here. If you want convenience and too shelf accommodations and hosting, STAY HERE!!

Great property for family trip. Kids had great time running around the property (tennis, basketball, etc). Easy to downtown. Would definitely recommend

As pictured & better. The resort is much more expansive than the pictures suggest and there's plenty to do. The common area is thoughtfully designed and central to all of the bedrooms in both of the wings. There house is stocked with practically everything you'd need and everyone had an amazing time as a result. Thank you and can't wait for the next time we get to stay here!

The Sedona House is the PERFECT place for a family gathering. It is essentially a private resort with amenities galore. The house and grounds are spacious, comfortable and well equipped.Everyone had a wonderful time at this conveniently located property. We look forward to returning!!!

Pictures don't do this property justice. Came with family for Thanksgiving. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to create a fabulous meal (we were impressed). All the bedrooms were very nice giving everyone privacy. All the extra amenities like ping pong, tennis, pool and spa were clean and so enjoyable with nicely stocked equipment. Neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe. We will be returning!

First, let me say that the pictures dont do justice to this place. It is massive! Gated with a code, a side door for pedestrians, this lot could have 4-5 houses built on it. If you are looking for a retreat, you found it. We played tennis everyday and nights, temperature was to cold but the pool looked amazing. Large gaz fire pit for 20 plus people, spa, outside ping pong under gazebo, multiple outside lounge areas. there is a large garage we did not use but available, and this is just the outside. In the main house, because there are 2, you will find everything you need to cook for any army, nothing was missing, oils, spices, 2 charcoals.. There are 3 massive rooms with full bathrooms tv's the works. Other 2 or 3 smaller ones but great.. games to enjoy your selves, nothing is missing. And there is a small second house with a fridge, bathroom and large bed... It was the first time we slept in a house, usualy we are in hotels, But this experience changed the whole dynamics of the trip. We will rent here for sure next year. Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful VRBO in Las Vegas, and I can't recommend it enough! The location is perfect—just a stone's throw from the Strip—but once you're there, it feels like a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The property is a true sanctuary, complete with a lovely pool, a tennis court, and a spacious yard, making it ideal for relaxation and fun. The living areas are well designed, providing plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. With multiple beds and bathrooms, it was perfect for our group! Lynn was incredibly accommodating and answered all our questions promptly, making our experience even better. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a fantastic blend of convenience and tranquility during your Vegas trip, look no further! I will definitely be returning.

Wow we were really impressed by the property and had an amazing time. There were four families that came with three children ages 2.5, 5 and 7. The house and space was way bigger than we expected and it was the perfect getaway. We made sure to use all the facilities including the fire pit, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball hoops, and of course the pool! We would absolutely rent this place again. Great Property both inside and out

The Sedona house was a legitimate oasis in the middle of the desert. Not a fan of Las Vegas by any means but had an event the family couldn't miss! This place was amazing. More than enough room for 10 people. You could get lost on the grounds. Host(s) were amazing and only a quick text away. Less than 10 minute Uber ride to anywhere you may want to go. 5 Stars for sure.

Had a delightful time...house was great and the owner and caretaker were very responsive.

We came with a group of 10 adults to go to shows at the Sphere and reconnect. What a wonderful stay !The hosts were very responsive and allowed us early check in and late check out as requested . We were able to order groceries and quickly stock the house which had all the amenities we needed and some small touches not usually seen in a VRBO like a heat thermometer for our grilling needs . The house is very Mid Century - it’s definitely a retro look so took a minute for some of our guests to appreciate and understand that it was a little different from a state of the art 2024 villa . One recommendation I would make to the hosts is to have a music setup - we had some small portable speakers but something More substantial would be fitting for this house . The pool is definitely old school and we enjoyed sitting out in the shade and swimming during the day . We played some rousing tennis matches on the excellent court and cooked breakfasts and some early dinners in the well appointed kitchen and out on the multiple grills . I was in the Rhino Room and loved the steam shower- Ubers were super easy to get and the trip to the strip was 12-15 minutes and easy . We LOVED being in our own little oasis away from the madness of the strip and found it extremely relaxing and conducive to a great reunion of old friends . We did NOT want to leave ! We very highly recommend this estate and will be back !
