Stayed Jan 22, 2026The host was welcoming and quick to reply with any questions we had. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The location to the beach was amazing and the heated pool was used daily by my kids. The golf cart was really nice and convenient as well. I would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 28, 2025We were looking for a place to stay to kick off our New Year slowly. Resetting our pace and relaxing. We found just that here. A few steps to the beach, outlets and restaurants (although we mostly cooked). The house is accommodating with cozy aspects, plenty of cookware and charm. The beds were comfy! Plenty of bathrooms too.

Stayed Aug 21, 2025The house had a perfect layout so we all had privacy. The gathering space was perfect for all of us, plenty of room to gather at the kitchen- plenty of seating at the dining table, the living space was truly a gathering spot for all of us. The beach was shorter than we expected and it was a delight for all of us. Within 3days we were talking about staying next year, same place, same time. Any concerns we had- Coastal was on it immediately and to our satisfaction.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025We really loved this home & how close it was to the beach. My kids used the pool everyday. The gated community was quiet and was in a great median spot for going to Destin & Panama City. There is no substitute for a private beach & we also loved having the chair/umbrella setup. We intend to return next year.

Stayed Apr 21, 2025We loved this house and place for our spring break with family. It was comfortable, relaxing and the house had what we needed. The private beach was much less crowded than other beaches. The golf cart made running to the store convenient. We loved the ability to heat the pool since the gulf was a little chilly. This was the top for our many family vacations. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

My family had a great time we loved the private beach access and having access to the cart, the kids loved being able to ride down the strip and site see! The house was very well accommodated with space and basic necessities Only downside was the tight parking but everything else was immaculate so the parking didn’t matter we made it work! This property was a 10/10 And we’re already planning to book again!
