Stayed Feb 19, 2023Perfect place to get together with your family. We live cross country from each other. It was an amazing resort for my grandkids to play. Nice and clean. We will definitely return to this place soon!!

Stayed Jan 11, 2023Was quite noisy area. Beds were nice and clean. Needed a few more kitchen utensil and towels to dry dishes with. Pool was heated perfectly. Needs more seating in great room area. Take down the vertical blinds - they don't work correctly and with so many different people using them, they get broken.

Stayed Aug 4, 2022The house was awesome there was just minor issues with the stay. The air condition did not work we had to reach out more than twice for someone to come out and when they did all he did was scan the air vents with a scanner and told us to turn the ceiling fans on so it was really sticky. Also the service there sucked we had the wifi code provided but it did not work. All in all the pictures and etc. that are on here of the house is accurate just had a little bit of problems with the air and the wifi.

Stayed Jul 3, 2022To start communication from the very beginning was great! Check in process was easy. More instruction could have been provided with the arrival instructions on obtaining a parking pass, but we figured it out. The home was beautiful, and just as it looked in the photos. Overall, it was clean but we did find some dirty utensils in the dishwasher and a pair of kids underwear in one of the upstairs closets. Community pool area was crowded, but that was expected over the holiday weekend. Overall, we were very comfortable and would definitely stay again.
