The fenced yard is spacious enough for your furry friends to play, and the porch features an outdoor fireplace and comfortable Adirondack chairs with stunning views of Mt Massive.
If you're bringing your dogs along, we've got you covered! We offer dog beds, bowls, blankets to protect the furniture, and a large crate. Please use the crate if your dog can't be left alone. Two dogs are allowed with an additional fee to accommodate our cleaners' extra time. Don't forget to clean up after your pet, and we provide a shovel to help with that.
We're fortunate to have a long-term tenant living in a separate unit on the first floor of the barn. Please be considerate of their home during quiet hours from 10pm to 7am, as housing is limited in Colorado's High Country.

Everything we needed was there for our stay
Stayed here for the Leadville Trail 100 race, unit was absolutely beautiful and accurate to the pictures. Location was absolutely prime, and stay was comfortable!
My husband, I and our dog Charlie were fortunate to getaway for the holiday. We loved our time in Leadville and the house was PERFECT! Plenty of space and well furnished. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The dog had plenty of room to run and play. The options for tv entertainment were plentiful. It was cold when we stayed; however the house was nice and warm. Unfortunately we never used the hot tub because we had so much to do in and around town. The notes/recommendations were very much appreciated. There wasn’t a microwave but that was ok because we did a lot of cooking. Will definitely stay here again.
Interesting place, well designed and comfortable. Great amenities including the hot tub. Could have use a microwave but we made due fine without one.
Great spot for 2 couples. PM team was very helpful. Short walk into main part of town via a nice trail.
Cute, comfortable, clean place with an amazing view of Mount Massive off the back deck. Perfect place to relax and watch the sunset after an active day playing in the high country.
My husband and I had a great time at the Leadville Dairy. Dog-friendly, well furnished, and clean upper level apartment. Hot-tub was a great bonus.
