Great location. Host was responsive. Would have liked to have known in advance about parking. And, an advance warning about how hot the water was would have also been nice. We would stay here again if we were ever in the area!

Very nice apartment with a little terrace and the possibility to store the bikes in a patio. Good equipment with everything you need. Francois is a very helpful and friendly host. We loved the two days cycling in the beautiful valley of the Loire!

François - host par excellence - did everthing possible to make my stay probably the best in the 10+ years I’ve been using VRBO worldwide. His very quiet, well-equipped, retro-chic apartment and patio garden, on the left bank of the Loire, two minutes from restaurants, grocery shopping, is the best for biking to nearby chateaux: Chambord, Chaumont, Cheverny and Blois, of course. You won’ be disappointed.

Well-equipped and comfortable home. Walkable area, plus easy bus access. Quiet and peaceful. Shared interior courtyard with host's other apartment(s), but plenty of privacy. Very friendly host. We had a great stay!

The location and the apartment were excellent. Francois is a very nice host.

Ideally situated with just a pleasant 10 minute walk into the town and the chateau. Good access to main roads to visit other chateaux and countryside. Well furnished and decorated flat in a street of old houses. Parking is just around the corner. Francois is a pleasant and helpful host who lives next door to the site and is is on hand to resolve any difficulties or answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

A nice place to stay in Blois, on the other side of the Loire, a short walk via the bridge to the center of town. François was very welcoming, the ground-floor apartment has a nice shared back yard and room for bicycle storage. Parking is free in the neighborhood, it may take you some time to find a spot. Recommended!

The apartment has one bedroom, living room, kitchen and bath. It is located one block away from the Loire River and a short walk into the town of Blois with its restaurants and shops. Francois speaks English and is very responsive. we are so happy we stayed there.

Great place with a full kitchen. The property is right across the river from all of the wonderful places to visit, and six or seven minutes from the Château. The bed was nice and firm, wonderful hot water, and a great ease of communication with the owner. Highly recommended

We stayed one night in this cute little apartment in Blois. It is right across the river from the town centre and we had everything we needed on the east side of the river. It was an easy well lit walk over the bridge to the castle markets and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and well stocked. Our only problem was that Francois did not meet us and sent us an email with the address. However, I checked the app to make sure the address was on the app and it was so I didn’t file the email anywhere. We were instructed to let ourselves in. When we arrived the door was locked and someone was yelling at us in French when we tried to open the door. We have two children who were scared and upon calling Francois he told us that the address on the app is wrong. We merely had to go next door. It was all very unsettling after a long trip over from Canada. Francois please fix the address on the app and you would have received 5 stars from us.
