You will be seduced by this passive house recently built in wood frame. It is ideally located in the heart of the spa resort of La Bourboule. Many activities in the immediate vicinity: the Parc Fenestre at 200m which is a magnificent wooded area of 12ha, part of which is converted into a playground for children: a real amusement park with many games such as mini-golf, the Far West Train, the Fenest'Tower… You can also go to the Charlannes plateau which is crisscrossed with hiking or mountain biking trails and in winter you can practice sledding, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Nearby: 10min: La Tour d'Auvergne water sports center, equestrian center and golf at Mont-Dore, downhill skiing at Chastreix or Mont Dore… Sancy shuttle in La Bourboule. The house is entirely on one level and accessible to people with reduced mobility.
