Stayed Dec 26, 2025Great property! We wanted a weekend getaway to the casino but the rooms were booked. We booked this property and it worked out better for us! It’s not far from the casino, and also close to local shops, a winery, and restaurants. We never would have come across any of this if we stayed at the casino. This is a very clean property- we had 5 adults and there was more than enough room. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 5, 2024There was a bit of miscommunication with the owner and housekeeping and the place wasn’t cleaned between the last visitors and us. As it was a holiday, communication with Will was delayed and we just decided to clean the place ourselves and wash the linens. Will did reach us later and offered to make things right and we accepted his gesture. Other than that, the place wasn’t bad and is not too far from things to do including the Casino. It is in what we would consider a trailer park with similar homes but the stay was pretty quiet.

Stayed May 3, 2024We needed a nice place for the family to stay while we were in Durant for our daughter’s graduation from SOSU. The property location was nearby and suited our needs at a good price. If she graduates again, we’ll definitely consider booking again.
