Stayed Nov 22, 2025There is no word to describe how beautiful this place is, this was my second time staying at this place. Jesse Velasquez (host) was amazing she always goes above and beyond to make sure my family and I had everything we needed. The location is perfect close to everything from grocery stores to restaurants. I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to relax. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet is the perfect place. I will definitely be back next year to this five property.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025Family wedding and house close to downtown venue. Area is clean and surrounding neighborhood nice. House was more beautiful than the listing photos and exceeded my expectations. Jesse was very nice and accommodating answering my questions quickly. Thank you we had a wonderful time and were very comfortable. We had plenty of space and enjoyed our visit. Only thing missing was TV in the bedrooms which would have been nice for turning down at night. But otherwise everyone enjoyed the beds. We highly recommend this beautiful home for people visiting modesto. Very close to downtown nightclubs and restaurants.

Stayed Jan 31, 2025A group of us stayed here while visiting a friend in Modesto. The house is big and fit all of us in comfort. There were enough supplies and towels and the house was very clean and well kept. Host was communicative and timely in responses. Would definitely stay here again.

The host Jesse was amazing, great communication she was always ready to answer any needs that you may have. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a nice place this is it.
