Nice home and helpful host

Everything with the house and amenities were very good. The external ice maker has some issues - lots of funny noises. We had to unplug a few times. Tankless water heater takes time to get hot water. Fantastic layout of kitchen and living room for the 6 of us.Bonus was being a few blocks from hiking trails.

The house was nice in a questionable part of La Quinta Cove. The poor rating is based on the pricing as we were quoted one price as the final quote but were charged 300 more blaming VRBO on hidden fees and would not make things right. I would not rent it again!

At first the cleanliness was lacking and very few towels & no extra blankets, but the manager was very responsive. Mattresses of all beds are extremely creaky, but comfortable.Pool and hot tub, once heated were DIVINE!

House was clean and had everything we needed. Info for checking in and out was clear and easy. Hot tub and pool was nice! I would stay at this place again

Everything was in good condition and worked without problems. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I had trouble accessing the digital welcome guide but that might have been me and not the guide. Couldn't beat the location! Perfect for everywhere we were trying to go.

The Lavish was a pleasant and clean home. We enjoyed our time there. We did not park in the garage because there was no way to open the garage door from the outside, but that wasn't really a big deal. We did not enjoy smelling the neighbor's marijuana.

When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned. I contacted the owner via text, who apologized for the failure and directed us to a nearby identical house for our four days stay. Everyone in our four-man group loved the setup and agreed four couples could enjoy staying in the property. Everything was as advertised in the vbro listing, and I would book it again for a future trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. Having the 3 king beds was a real plus!We used the hot tub and heated the pool - having that for the kids was great.On the downside, the icemaker in the refrigerator didn't work, and the tv selection is limited - we had to use a laptop connection to watch the bowl games.

We had a wonderful time visiting the greater La Quinta area. It was our first time, so we didn't quite know what to expect. The home is situated in a cute community, and nearly backs against the majestic mountain range. Given there was a group of us, we were fortunate for the garage access, as we had two cars. While the community felt safe, I hoped for a deadbolt or latch to secure the home, especially since the front yard hold the swimming pool, and I had concerns about our little ones finding their way outside at night. The home itself is well kept, and everything felt clean. The beds were a little squeaky, but we got used to it quickly. Additional details about the house that I'll nitpick: one of the barstools along the kitchen island was broken, and part of the couch in the living room was caved in by a previous user. Neither of these things bothered us, but worth addressing by the owner. Lastly, we could not get the pool heater to work using the iPad that was provided. When I contacted the host, they were quick to respond, but noted that folks usually request the pool to be heated in advance -- I was not aware of that, so we ultimately did not use the pool at all. In total, the home was as-listed and a quality stay. Very grateful for the opportunity to be welcomed!

The house was clean and really nice, overall enjoyed the stay.

The house was quite nice. The location was fantastic, and it was reasonably clean and well-supplied. However, the beds in all the bedrooms were very squeaky, and the showers had low water pressure and were difficult to turn. Despite these minor issues, it's a good property. Additionally, the owner was very responsive to our questions and concerns.

the home was very clean and beautiful. the beds are a bit squeaky ( for just normal sleeping). Very easy access to property. wish the pool was cooler but due to the size and heat it is understandable.

David is very accommodating, returns emails quickly. Home is clean, in a nice neighborhood. Pool was great, quiet area, easy access to everything.
