Lavish home with dual living areas & golf course views near skiing and dining

This was one of our favorite rental homes we’ve stayed in. Extremely well-stocked, from the kitchen to linens to games and activities. Very clean. Plenty of rooms and private spaces for different parties to sleep. We were actually surprised that the maximum occupancy of the home is 12 guests, as there is definitely room for many more, especially additional kids. The rental company was also very responsive and helpful when we had an issue with the AC, bringing us fans within a few hours of our contact. Overall an amazing home great for large families. We loved our stay here. Thank you!

Perfect in every way

The house has plenty of sleeping space, separate quarters.for the kids/teenagers,, and has all the necessary cooking utensils. It is very clean amd spacious and has beautiful views. It's also nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend renting it for Amy occasionally.

So the booking process was a bit hectic due to some issues with their identity check. And check in was messed up due to getting wrong code. But the property itself was beautiful. I will warn you that there is religious artwork and decor EVERYWHERE, it was a bit awkward and for someone who stays in rentals often I felt very awkward. The rooms were spacious but the beds weren't that comfortable except the master bed (I wanted to take that bed home with me). The kitchen had everything you needed and the stove was one of my favorite things. There were games and scooters for the kids to enjoy and although there were only 2 tvs in the property we still enjoyed our time. We did have one issue with the shower downstairs ,the glass door I guess has minor chips but they are sharp and cut my daughters hand.

This house and location were perfect in every single way! I went on a girls' trip with my mom and my two daughters. The rooms are a split floorplan which is great when traveling with two families. There was the cutest (and cleanest) crib in one of the rooms but every room was spacious enough to accommodate a Pack 'n Play also. My mom and I are both pretty particular when it comes to cleanliness and neither of us had any complaints! The house and everything in it were in great condition. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and the views of the golf course were stunning. One of my favorite things was having coffee on the deck and enjoying the beautiful views in the morning! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this house. We have already decided that this will be our go-to vacation spot and will never have to look for another place again! I have never felt so comfortable in a vacation rental before and look forward to when we can go back.

Wonderful home in a great location. However poor response from Vacasa property management. It took 3 days & 3 nights for Vacasa to fix the beeping noise that we heard coming from under the house.

This home was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The AC is not adequate, probably due to our ever increasing warm world. The cool nights of Flagstaff helped though. I wouldn't discourage anyone from staying here but please be aware that you are not wanted by the neighbors and they are closely watching and call management about everything. For example, during a small get together with friends, one of our guest brought their dog(it's Flagstaff) we told him the dog couldn't stay and he left. But the brief time he was there we got a call. My son is getting married and his fiance's family is greek, she wanted to show us some steps to be able to dance so we went into the yard and used her phone and a hand held speaker, we got a call. My son went onto the golf course after hours and putted a little, we got a call. These were broken rules for sure but such small inconsequential incidents that it left a bad feeling. We have used vrbo for years and have a 5 star guest rating, and have never received a call from management. Also excessive religious decor, not in pictures, and if it is not your faith may be too much.

This house is beautiful!!! There were a couple lights out, including the light in the master shower. It was a little dark, but no big deal. Also, the microwave didn’t work. I tried calling the 800 number, but nobody answered the first couple days. I finally got a hold of someone on our last day, and they said they would put in a request to maintenance, but we never heard back. Other than those, our stay was fabulous!!! Taking walks on the golf course at night was our favorite thing to do. All of the neighbors are all so friendly! Our kids also absolutely loved the front driveway and backyard for playing. We will definitely be back!!! Hopefully the microwave will be working next time.

The home, while not our original selection, was a very lovely home and well equipped. It backs up to a golf course which provided for nice scenery. The original home we booked with Vacasa was in an awful neighborhood. (Again not his particular home). We were a bit distraught as what to do after seeing the surrounding areas of the original location we booked. We simply did not feel safe staying there. What a blessing it was for us to then have ran into Klaudia, with Vacasa, as she was an absolute delight and helped put us at ease. While she had minimal decision making abilities, she directed us to Tyler. I will be blunt and short with my comments, and will simply say, his customer service skills are to be desired. He talked/argued more than listened to our concerns, as the customer, and repeatedly told us why we should not have the concerns we had. If we had not have ran into Klaudia, we would have asked for a refund and booked elsewhere, other than Vacasa. However, she is what made us, continue to argue matters over with Tyler to work out alternative arrangements, which ended up being this lovely home. A few friendly suggestions to this home owner, would be to replace/upgrade the pillows and towels. And again, I want to emphasize this particular home truly is exquisite!

We fell in love with this property the moment we saw the view, it was awesome! We enjoyed the open kitchen and the fact that there was plenty of beds for all. I did hear the beds where a little uncomfortable in the guest rooms but ours in the master bedroom was perfect.
