Stayed Jun 22, 2025Thank you Linda and Leon- the house was spotless, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with plenty of room for a family group of 7, and all the amenities we could want to prepare our own meals. Perfect location near the beach on a lovely stretch of Lavallette, within walking distance of great breakfast, restaurants, ice cream, bakeries, and shopping. Great communication from our hosts. We can’t wait to return next year.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025The house was PERFECT for a weekend getaway with our family. Our kids had so much fun being footsteps from the beach. Walking distance to some great restaurants and coffee shops. Will be coming back again!

Stayed Jun 25, 2023Our second time visiting this wonderful home. Right on a little boardwalk and next to the ocean. Friendly neighbors. Ice cream, coffee, breakfast, bakery all 1 block away. Comfortable house with parking, lots of bedrooms, a balcony overlooking the ocean and thoughtful, caring hosts.

Stayed Sep 15, 2022Perfect spot. We have always spent time in Lavalette in the past so it was also a nostalgic trip. We were so close to the beach so we didn’t have the noise from the highway and commercial activity yet we’re close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping

Stayed Jun 29, 2021The house is great for families. The location is perfect - steps from the beach, with a bakery, ice cream shop and a breakfast place ONE block away. Singing ice cream place and fantastic pizza is just 2 blocks more. All the parking at the house is a huge help. The place is traditional and lovely, very comfortable. If you’re looking for modern / flipped shore houses, go elsewhere, this is a true gem and feels like your own home. Our family couldn’t stop raving about it. First floor bedroom is also a big help for anyone who has trouble with stairs. The homeowners were very friendly / accommodating and in touch when needed and we even made friends with a neighbor. This is a true, living at the shore experience and we loved every minute of it.
