Lavallette, Beach Block, Center of town, 4BR, sleeps 10

This was the second time I have stayed here in the last two years and look forward to it again next year. Amazing place that is conveniently located, comfortable, clean, and the host is great!

Great location on Grand Central Ave near shops. Lots of room and very cpmfortable.

Great location to shops and short walk to the beach

This property is very clean and is, as portrayed. The neighborhood is safe, we had the front door wide open into the wee hours of the morning! From the time one enters, it feels like home - I like that. The bed in the master is extremely comfortable, my husband says he had some great nights of sleeping in it. The kitchen is well appointed which makes for easy cooking, and the dining has a beautiful huge table which accommodates 10. The location is ideal as one can access the beach, the bay, and boardwalks for miles. My favorite time was sitting on a bench at night just listening to the ocean. There's a nice downtown area where one can shop, eat, or go for a nice stroll. This is one of the best places I've had the pleasure of renting. In between visiting relatives, we traveled up north to Hackelbarney State Park where we did some hiking and photography - I'm a photographer. Our host Lynn was most accommodating - I have severe allergies and asthma.This is a beautiful beach townhouse and we will certainly stay there again as we have family in N.J. who we will be visiting!

The owners were easy and pleasant to speak with .the house was clean and well maintained .she left notes on the fridge that explained how everything worked and were super helpful . We really had a nice time with our family

Nice and comfortable place for a family on Jersey Shore. Easy check in and out process. Timely and comprehensive communication with the hosts.

Nice place to stay in Lavallette. We are a family of. 5 and had a very nice 3 day stay. The house is one block from the beach and two blocks from the bay so our vehicle stayed put for the duration of our stay. Restaurants and ice cream are all in walking distance as well and there is room on the property for bikes. The listing states “sleeps 10” and that is definitely conservative. Of the 3 floors available we only used two (ground and third) The second floor has three bedrooms and we didn’t even use them. Lynn (owner) was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

Family friendly, inviting home!

House has a real Jersey shore summer house. Wonderful spot to enjoy Lavalette and hanging out with family

The location is great, but the home needs some updating, back railing rotted, bathrooms need repair, bath curtains made out of plastic, ac unit in 3rd floor not installed correctly sides of window open to the outside, location is perfect
