Laughing Dolphin Your Gulf front 5 bedroom beach house by Prickett Properties

Everything was wonderful!

Laughing Dolphin is a spacious house stocked with everything that we needed for a week long stay. There was plenty of room for 11 adults and it never felt crowded. We loved the location, deck, deck furniture, view, and the convenient beach access. All of the small and large appliances are newer and very clean and the ice maker was so convenient. Much of the furniture and some of the bathrooms are a bit dated. The furniture is pretty comfortable though. We were a little surprised by the cheap bathroom fixtures and command hooks for towel hooks. Unfortunately, the house smells a little musty and the small closets smelled strong enough that we didn't want to keep our belongings in them. We had to wash everything when we got home to get the smell out. There are more positives that outweigh the negatives with this rental and we would consider staying here again.

The house space was perfect however it could have been cleaner. It had much deferred maintance! I were down a shower because of no hot water and I would not drain. The kitchen sink drain was slow, garbage disposal did not work, the sink filled up with gross food when you ran the dishwasher. I told the property management company. They offered to send a cleaner out( I did not know what to do with 10 people at that point) they also said maintance would come take care of the issues and never hear from them. Nice place if the upkeep would have been done!

We enjoyed our stay at Laughing Dolphin. It’s spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 7. Great location on a private beach. Was very easy to communicate with the property manager and quick response times. Photo shows the view from the back deck.

Place was great! Very large, open living room and kitchen. Outdoor deck was amazing with plenty of seating and an amazing view. Beds were comfortable. There was an ice machine in the kitchen which was great! Kitchen items were a little dated (pans were chipped, can opener was terrible, knives were dull, fridge wasn’t that cold) but would definitely stay there again if we came back.

Great location with easy check in/out. Plenty of clean towels. Older home with old selection of kitchen utensils and pots well past their prime. Site advertises availability of a charcoal grill, but grill is broken and unusable.

Great quick response to toilet problem! Good to have someone to talk with when there is an issue! We loved the tall outdoor chairs on porch and the ice machine! Really nice house! The oval tub/shower in room with king size bed on street side of house was hard to step into and get out of! Great house!

We have rented this property 2 years in a row now. It’s perfect for an adult trip as there is nothing smaller than a queen bed. The beach is not busy, no condos, no hotels. Very pleasant time. Very quiet and relaxing.

Loved the location, loved the house...only problem was cleanliness. Maybe no one had stayed there in a bit. Floors were dirty (needed to at least be swept) and it appeared that someone had done some sheetrock work. There was sheetrock dust all over bathroom counters in 2 bathrooms. However, we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Laughing Dolphin beach house. I really loved the king/queen size beds in all rooms and this place was a perfect match for our large family. Thanks!

We had a great time staying here. We loved the area and the house was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and they even had some toys that our kiddos used down at the beach.
