Last minute special/Ocean Front/ Pool, Pool Table/pet friendly

Location was perfect and house was well suited for our group. Interior was clean and everything was in working order. Enjoyed our stay.

Location was amazing and the house was very comfortable and clean. There was only 4 of us so ample space and bathrooms. Really the only issue was no billiards balls for the pool table. At least we couldn’t find any.

The property had a few issues, but overall was very comfortable and suited our families needs well. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances were good.

The property was clean and gorgeous the pictures didn’t do it justice.. I love our private walk to the beach and the pool was so nice.. our family really enjoyed it and it had any cooking utensils you would need

We had a wonderful time celebrating our graduation with 17 people! The house honestly looks bigger in person than in the pictures. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for us to cook for our large group and the table held all of us. The pool was great with plenty of furniture and space, as well as a basically private beach. There is a slight walk to the beach around the sand dune, but it was easy to manage. the pool table was fun and there are lots of outdoor decks to hang out on! Would definitely return in the future!

Very easy access to the beach. The property and pool were clean and well kept. The kitchen was also very well stocked making preparing meals at the house very simple during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, lots of space. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. Nice space for the dogs. GREAT views of the sunrise. Close to a lot of places to eat and things to do. Highly recommend!

Took the family and dog. Nice place. very spacious and comfortable. Close to the ocean for walking and many choices for fun stuff to do and restaurants recommend showing up before dark. definitely would go back.

The house was adequate. It doesn't have that awe factor, but it definitely not a dump. In my opinion, it is ready for some repairs, minor touch ups and TLC. However, it is a beach house. It is perfect for families with kids with plenty of bedrooms. If a minor incident happen inside the residence, I seriously doubt it would be noticed, because it is not in pristine condition.

My husband, I, and our 2 pups stayed for a extra long weekend at the sea gull cottage and we really enjoyed our stay! We love obx and It was our pups first time at the beach and they loved it as well! Close to everything, clean and as described! Would recommend!
