Stayed Mar 12, 2024We enjoyed our trip to Park City for Spring Break. The house was just as described. The master bedroom upstairs did not have a door but that did not bother us. The other 2 rooms were perfect for our 3 other kids. The kitchen was well stocked though we did not use it for anything except coffee. We had several issues getting the tv working but they were very responsive and sent out someone to trouble shoot each time. There are several restaurants within a 8-10 minute walk. The ski lift was close enough to walk to, about 8 minutes. The short walk into town had several stairs or a steep hill. We were a little winded but it was fine for us. Overall, I would recommend this house! We had a great time!

Stayed Jan 4, 2024Clean, modern, very well maintained and stocked house with ample room to gather as a group, but private, decent sized bedrooms and baths also. Top notch appliances and everything in solid working order. Great location for walking to ski slopes and to Main Street for restaurants and shops.

Stayed Mar 18, 20225 stars for all the check marks, but feel the need to let folks know some pros and cons. Although we had a good time, it wasn't the ideal house for our group. Pros: Well appointed, convenient to lifts, clean, nice bathrooms, pretty well equipped, nice garage, great hot tub, responsive property manager. Cons: Many, many stairs, no door in master BR, tiny living area, and construction noise. Also the walk to town lift is relatively close but quite a hill to come back up. This house is on 5 levels. There are a LOT of stairs. BR1 is on lowest level where the hot tub is, then the laundry and BR2 on 2nd level. More stairs take you to main living and kitchen then level 4 is the entry way. More stairs go up to the little den and half bath (call it level 4.5) Finally on level 5 is the master with.... NO bedroom door. Literally EVERY single sound made in the living and kitchen area floats up. Every word, every opening and closing of the fridge or cabinet. A big problem if someone wants to go to sleep in the master while folks stay up watching TV, talking, listening to music or playing cards in the main living area. Although this house sleeps 7, it doesn't have enough comfortable seating in the main living area for people to gather. The living area couch can seat 3 or 4 if you squish. The table is big and takes up most of the small living area. If you are a group looking for a nice place to all hang out comfortably, it's definitely on the small side. The bedding is quite nice but it might be time for some new mattresses. Finally, there is construction going on next door and across the street and basically all up and down Empire and surrounding streets. They begin at 8 am and talk loudly and the trucks and cranes are quite numerous. Lastly, I guess I expected salt and pepper in the kitchen at the minimum but there was none. There is a locked glass cabinet filled with spices that we were unable to access. Not a big deal but seems kind of basic. Maybe it's a covid thing...? There are a lot of positives about this house but folks should be sure it will work for their particular group.

Stayed Feb 5, 2022B+ location for the money, relatively nice house, definitely sub-par that the master bedroom does NOT have a door (essentially a loft). It works for what you need which is sometimes just the right combo.

Stayed Feb 15, 2020We stayed here for a week (wife and two young children) for a ski trip. The location is fantastic. Can walk to the base of the mountain (we dropped off the kids) and walk to downtown shops and restuarants. House was nice, hot tub was fun. Just be aware the home is more vertical than the pictures imply. If mobility is an issue, this may not be your house.

Stayed Dec 31, 2019The place was perfect for our party of 5! There were 3 comfortable bedrooms that suited all of us and a nice living area for us all to be together. It was not too bad of a walk to the base of the mountain for us and we left our ski equip at the mountain to make the walk easier! Would definitely recommed the place!
