Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival, with the exception of the top bunk.

Check in time was 5:00 and in the offseason we did not receive the text message until 4:59. The house was probably ready before that but rental company was closed on Sunday so there was no way to communicate with anyone.
This is our 2nd stay in this lovely home. It is very well equipped, comfortable and just an all around relaxing environment. We really enjoy the art in the home and also kept up on some weight training during this visit. We needed to after frequenting the restaurants and the seafood market. Love the new washer and dryer. Strange, I know..but it made doing laundry a cinch. In the past, we had to make the bed upon arrival. The bed was made for us this year. That was so nice after a long day of travel. The linen and towels provided were really nice. The home was neat and clean, as all OIR houses have been that we have stayed in over the years. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch that provides generous seating and wood tables. It is perfectly located to watch the sunsets. We went to Gaffer's for Sunday football. We even had the moai statue dawning Raven's gear for the first game of the season and our Ravens won 13-7. Just saying! We arrived right after Hermine and could not believe how
