Las Vegas Retreat with RV/Boat Parking

Good quality/price property. Spacious with good amenities.

My husband and I live in California and our daughter, son in-law and grandkids live in Henderson. We booked this stay so we could spend family time with them. This home couldn't have been more perfect to spend time with them! The kitchen and family areas were spacious enough for us to cook and eat together as well as play card and board games. Although we didn't use the other two bedrooms they were set up beautifully. The home was very clean and had all the essentials for our stay. This was a true home away from home. We will definitely rebook! Thank you sharing your home with us!

Honestly the place was great. The listing was as expected and I had no issues with the property. Comfortable and safe for certain. We had a smoke alarm low battery go off in the morning, but that is unavoidable and I won't hold that against the owner. The owner is quite difficult to communicate with. First off, I contacted the owner on the website with a message and never received communication back. I tried text and she gave me one reply but would never text back any information before my scheduled visit. I was given email instructions 48 hours prior. The door code was not right. We arrived and I could not get in. Contacted the owner with no reply. I waited and eventually contacted customer service.In the meantime, my daughter reached her after trying for 15 min. We got the new code. She appologized saying she was on a trip. Which I can understand but I also booked this trip months in advance and that communication could have easily been made before her trip. I would be proactive with getting your instructions in communication as soon as you book this property.

After a small hick up with checkin, which was resolved very quickly, we were very happy with everything about this house. Nicely stocked and supplied everything we needed! Would definitely book again.

House was clean & easy to find.

I was disappointed because it listed a paved RV parking and room for three cars in the driveway. The RV parking was gravel, already had a trailer there and was locked behind a gate.I would have used the garage, but the listing failed to list the garage was off limits and locked. I specifically reserved this space for two reasons, the RV parking and the hot tub. When I showed up the RV parking was a wider driveway and too short for my 16' trailer, the hot tub was uncovered and green so we did not use. Also the entry code I was given to enter the house was incorrect. It was also concerning that the front door would not latch so it was inconvenient to always lock the deadbolt every time you went in and out the door. The house was relatively clean and in a good convenient neighborhood.

Great property. Perfect for me & my needs. Excellent hosts. Eric is “Johnny on the spot”, great guy, very EZ to work with. Nice quiet neighborhood. Ashley is also very accommodating & pleasant. I recommend this property for either a single fishing guy like me, or a family.

We were in town to visit the lake, and location matters a lot since we like being close. This house checked that box and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. If you’re visiting to go to the strip, this is about a 20 min drive. The house was easy to check-in, but the number pad can get a bit sticky with some of the numbers so you have to press a few times. That wasn’t a big deal to us. Inside is nice and looked like the photos. We did find women’s hair and assuming pet hair on the sheets of every bed, so we washed all of the sheets as soon as we arrived. My guess is the hair was from the house cleaners. The AC also stopped cooling on our last full day and temp started rising quickly, but then started working again after a few hours thankfully. Weird. Communication was nonexistent with the property owner/manager to the three messages I sent during the trip, so that could be improved. Still, we found the house to be overall comfortable, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds and did what we needed it to do. Would I stay again? Maybe.

House was perfect for hosting us! Beds comfy, appliances working. Really hot in Henderson so AC was struggling to keep up but we were okay. Garage door ia broken and would not stay closed so had to be held down. Could not park in garage.

House was clean and tidy. Location is excellent, close to 215. Will definitely book this location again!

Nice place with quiet patio out back. They may want to put some coasters in. A night stand in the other than master bedroom would be nice. I have never had a 1500 damage deposit at a VRBO. I’ve seen where u can buy it as an option. Not sure if it’s because Vegas attracts a nasty clientele. Nice view of skyline outback too. Well stocked with appliances.
