Las Vegas Retreat w/ Yard < 5 Mi to Strip!

Master Bdrm had a separate bath, and back entrance. This was a nice feature. House is spacious and rooms were pleasant.

Great experience at this house. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived. The dogs enjoyed the backyard and were exited when we had a morning visiting cat one day (very friendly). Overall I can really recommend this house. Location is close to the strip (about 10..15min by car) the neighborhood looks clean and friendly

The location was convenient

Dryer didn't work. Took 6 cycles to dry a pair of pants, 4 shirts and a hoodie. I had to clean the counter tops because there was food residue when we showed up. Also the floors were filthy, all my white socks are black from the floor. You should fire the cleaning company! But the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean and the house was very cute.

Very clean and excellent customer service with great communication from the start of the booking. The house was cleaned great and we could tell it’s well kept. Enjoyed the place being close to the strip

Great location to access the strip and downtown LV. Nice quiet neighborhood with access to restaurants. Clean property and provides are the necessities.

Nice place to stay after long day of work. We have rented this house 3 times.

The images do not match the property. It was clean yet entering the front door you could smell the cigarette smoke that was being masked by electrical plug-in diffusers that we had to unplug as the smell was too strong. The inside door jams on the floor were taped down with clear tape. The back door in the master bedroom blew open, although it appeared to be taped shut, during a windstorm. The bathroom tub was extremely slippery and there was no nonslip matt or tap to prevent fall. There were fitted sheets on the bed yet not top sheet. There was a chained, pad locked door entrance for a room connected to the house that was locked off and gave the impression this house was rented for more than family gatherings. Again, all in all the house was clean

We had such a great time staying here! The home was great, nice and clean and cool in the Vegas heat! Our toddler loved running around the house and in and out of the rooms. We didn't use the back patio or outdoor area but it looked lovely as well!

Nice, comfortable common spaces. Nice appliances and TV’s throughout the home. Tons of chopsticks and six or eight steak knives but only two butter knives. Master bedroom feels quite a bit warmer than the rest of the house and the AC vent for the room is a bit undersized. There’s no ceiling fan, so may not be ideal for stays during deep summer.

We rented this house to take my daughter to the Haunted Museum for my daughters 21st birthday. It was about 5 to 10 minutes away from the strip which was amazing. The house is so welcoming and clean I have no compliments.

We booked last minute due to RV issues & it was perfect for our family of 5!

We stayed here for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend and this home was perfect for our little ones to relax and stay cool with Grandma. The home was cleaned and nicely and had a lot more than I expected! Would definitely stay again.
