You`ll have access to the entire compound. The host is available throughout your stay via Airbnb messenger or text — got a request, just ask.
No Parties. No Events. No Exceptions. No Fireworks. No Limousine pick up or drop off. No Party Bus pick up or drop off. (Uber/Lyft are fine) Zero Tolerance here. You must be 25 years of age to book here. You must provide ID prior to booking. If you are not comfortable providing photo ID you should not book here. Residents of Las Vegas or Clark County must book minimum 7 nights and have 3 prior positive reviews in their history. All guest names must be submitted to reservation prior to check in. Only guests listed on reserve may access property at all times during stay. Heating of the pool or leaving heater on after use will result in additional charges.
