Everything was fantastic. from the cleanliness, beds, overall location, outdoors, pools, and bathrooms. It was the perfect place for my team and me, as we were working long hours at the convention hall and wanted a place off the strip, quiet and comfortable to stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Very convenient location and family friendly cozy home. Kitchen was very well stocked for preparing our huge holiday meal. Pool area was just right and gated for safety. Option to have the pool heated worked well for the young kids in our family. Loft area was a space used a lot by the kids. Game tables and tv up there were used a lot!

The kitchen is stocked with a great coffee bar , there are charges everywhere so that was super convenient. The house is clean and comfortable. Very beautiful house. Host is very communicative pool was great the little kids loved having access to the pool and the teens loved the hot tub. Amazing stay.

My family and basketball team was very happy with the house, was exactly what we we looking for thank you Yvonne she was very patient and polite to any question we had, the house was clean, well organized and really enjoyed pur stay will definitely recommend this place!

The only hesitation to say how exquisite the whole experience was is the concern it will be taken when we want to return again and again.

This was a great house to stay at for a few days with a big group of 12. Coffee and tea bar was a fantastic little bonus.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Check in was easy and the host replied promptly to any questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa, especially the water toys provided! The house accommodated my family well and allowed for a very enjoyable trip. Would recommend and stay here again.

Simply an awesome property and thoughtful amenities. The hosts thought of everything, seriously! From the robes, to the phone chargers, pool toys/towels, fans, every kitchen tool, dish/pot/pan/ needed, coffee bar, hot tub, pool, huge grill, game tables, you name it they have thought of it!

Yvonne makes travelling easy,The house had pretty much everything you needed to travel you just have to show up. It was clean and exactly as the ad described. We used the location for our wedding and it was spectacular!

The cleanest, most well-stocked home we have stayed in, anywhere! Communication with host was outstanding, and everything in the home was as good, if not better than the listing. Top-of-the-line appliances and kitchen tools. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Comfortable beds and plentiful amenities. Would definitely stay there again!

One of my favorite stays of all time. The hosts were amazing and the house was absolutely stunning. I can’t wait to be back.

Our family had a marvelous experience staying here. The house is gorgeous inside and out. The Christmas tree was nicely decorated. The teens had a great time playing with the entertaining table games in the loft. The bedrooms were nicely done as were the restroom. The house is just gorgeous. Being able to enjoy the accommodations like if we were at home was a great experience for our family. We would love to come back over the summer and enjoy the outdoor amenities. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. Our communication with the property owners was quick and easy.

Great communication, great location, house is beautiful and layout is perfect for groups. Quick access to anywhere in vegas, or visiting grand canyon or hoover dam. Coffee bar is a nice amenity and was well stock with various coffee flavors. Definitely will stay again!

We can’t rave enough about this establishment. The cleanliness, attention to detail was out of this world. Our first time ever using a Vrbo, the ease of planning to paying, checking-in to checking-out, was never stressful. Yvonne, made communication easy via messages. Our 10 person party had enough rooms/beds to sleep all 10 adults comfortably. What sold me the most on this house was the coffee bar, pool and if it could sleep 10 via the app. But we were soon to be amazed by the charm of the house. We were all in ahhhh with the layout of the property to how well it was decorated. The only thing we had to do was buy groceries. The house was furnished with everything you could have ever needed for your stay. Nicely done. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you have done to make our vacation special. ❤️Dawn

This house had everything we needed for a nice family trip and more. We traveled with four children 3 and under and everything in the house made our stay very accommodating. There was a baby gate for the stairs, a highchair, and a portable crib. The pool is gated securely and there were plenty of toys and floaties available. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay - we will definitely be back!

We completely fell in love with this house. with kids its great that they have a gate around pool. property manager was great with all communication and making us feel so welcomed in there home ,very satisfied customers ?

Loved everything about the place. We have a big family and its hard to find a great place where everyone can fit — the space was not only perfect but it had everything we needed. From kitchen equipment to bathroom necessities. Checking in and checking out was easy, I highly recommend booking this home!

Absolutely incredible hosts! Every small detail that was offered completely blew our mind. We had 13 adults stay and the layout of the home didn’t make us feel that way at all. In a quiet neighborhood away from the strip. Would 10000% recommend for your next visit to Las Vegas. It was so easy to get ahold of the hosts and such an easy check in / check out process. Will definitely book for my next trip to Las Vegas! 20 out of 10 stay!
