This Villa is fully equipped for 8 people and distributed in 4 bedrooms (2 with single beds and 2 with King size beds). 3 of them have A/C. The house has central heating available in case you want to enjoy the beautiful and chill winters in Mallorca. The dinning room has eating place for 8 people and 6 extra chairs for other friends so you can have an amazing oportunity for a gatheraround with some friends!
Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for your holidays. There is also 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet.
The air conditioning will be charged with 0.60€/kw.
In the garden area you can enjoy in one of the 4 hammocks or make a nice BBQ for your family!
The house has piped music all over it and from upstairs you have views to the see.
The house is perfect for groups of friends and also for families with kids since it has 3 baby cots and 2 baby high chair.
Approximately 20 metres away you can find a small supermarket and a pharmacy. The closest beach is around 400m away and 300m away you can find some bars and restaurants.

A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all water costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  
Air conditioning costs are not included in the price and have a charge of 0.60€/kw . the counter will be read on check in day and check out day
Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   
The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. 
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
