Overall a nice place, and the pool table was a really nice touch, but:- there was no AC. While the listing didn’t say that there was AC, it should have called out there wasn’t. After all, bend is in a desert and the summer months can get hot.- cornhole bean bags had spider eggs and mold on them.- some parts of the house were pretty flimsy, such as the fence out front.

Honestly the only reason I did not give an overall 5 Star rating is the lack of AC in this home. Our family really struggled at night with how hot it was upstairs and the ceiling fan in the master did not work. They put box fans in all the rooms so each room had them on full blast with the windows open but we could not get it to cool down until the early morning. Other than that, the house was in a great location, perfect for a family. We barbecued, made breakfast and enjoyed the backyard. Kitchen was fully stocked and the check in/out process was amazing with daily text check ins.

The property was a great stay and handled all of our needs. The management team was constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. The home is close to the town so uber rides were close to 10 when we elected to use ride share. There is a cool community center close by with a resistance pool for under 10 as well! The only downfall to the property would be the king sized bed in the master is in need of replacement, sunken in the middle and soft, if they replaced that then it would be 10/10.

Great house to get away for the weekend!

Stayed here for a Mr Bachelor ski trip. Very nice property. We enjoyed playing pool in the evening

Perfect space for our family to meet up. Plenty of space, good sleeping arrangements and great location. We enjoyed our stay in Bend and skiing at Mt. Bachelor, about a half hour away.

Host was very accommodating

We had a wonderful stay. There's more than enough room for the family to spend time together, and even spread out and spend time apart :)

Property was OK except I really expected AC in the middle of July. My fault for not paying attention.

Spacious, super clean, seamless check-in/out, everything we needed for a home base during a 2 day quick visit while exploring trails in the Bend area.

A group of friends stayed at this house to support a friend playing in the US Open Final Qualifier for golf at Pronghorn. Although he didn’t receive one of the 2 spots to the US Open, we thoroughly had a good time at the house rental. It was a quiet neighborhood and the house was clean and had ample room for everyone to relax. Two thumbs up.

Clean, beautiful, fun place!

Lots of places to hang out and be away from the kids. Great outdoor deck for sitting in the evenings. Nice, quiet neighborhood.
