The house, location, and host were all A!!! The communication was clear and quick and it was one of my best stays ever. Plenty of covered and uncovered parking! I would definitely book again in the future!

Loved the property! Clean, quiet, and cozy! Owners were great at responding and answering questions. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay outside of the bustling touristy areas! It's not too far from everything but just far enough to be away.

This stay was a group of young gentlemen for a bachelor trip to do some deep sea fishing. The guys had a wonderful time and were complimenting how nice the house was. They were pleased with the location and quietness of the area.

Perfect guys weekend getaway

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at grandmas treehouse and couldn’t be happier. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. The deck was perfect for hanging out and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Communication was fast and easy. We definitely recommend this property!

Our friends used to always go to north Myrtle each summer until marriages and kids got in the way.This year, after several years of not going, we were able to go to grandma’s treehouse! We love it we love the location. We love the house lots of outdoor space to enjoy!

Great location and set up for a family of all ages. Only 1 block to the beach, close to the preserve, and nice dock off of the back of the house.

I absolutely loved swinging in the morning while drinking my coffee. The home is on a corner lot where you can people watch, you’re close to the beach access and I would recommend renting the chairs they have on site. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of seating inside and outside. Communication was too notch, and we’ll definitely be back!

Everything went smoothly and communicating with Barbara was very easy. The kids had a great week, and loved the quieter stretch of Myrtle Beach.

Had a great time enjoyed the deck and back dock to fish. The area was safe away from any trouble or drama. Place was clean and made us feel rite at home.
