Feel at home on your vacation when you book 34 Seaside Drive, a huge, six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom, home on a quiet and beautiful tree-lined street in Sunset Island. This home is just steps from the private walking and bike path that encircles the island and is less than a block from a private bayfront beach (one of the three private beaches in Sunset Island). Put your feet up and relax while you're here! Guests can enjoy two furnished balconies with partial bay views for outside relaxation, plus plenty of room inside for gathering with the whole family. You'll love the spacious dining room table, the full kitchen with granite countertops and high-end appliances, and the big center island that makes mealtimes easy and elegant. The kitchen is filled with lots of little touches and upgrades for complete convenience on your vacation, such as extra kitchenware and lots of countertop appliances. Additional luxuries include Free WiFi, quality furnishings, seven TVs, an outdoor shower, and parking for up to three vehicles. You'll be located just five blocks from the ocean, local dining, mini-golf, OC transportation, and shopping venues. This is a home you will want to visit year after year!

Sunset Island on 67th St. is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location. Positioned only three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, this 37-acre private community is surrounded by the Bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at Sunset. The facilities include both indoor and outdoor pools, a clubhouse, shoreline walking paths, bayside beaches, interactive fountains, and much more. All of this, and you'll be just a short drive from the Ocean City boardwalk and world-class golf.

Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Very well stocked kitchen. House extremely clean. Beds already made when we arrived—very grateful. Lots of steps due to four floors. Needs railing of some type at single step on bottom floor. Bottom floor bedroom has no closet so wall hooks would be appreciated. Overall great!

    The house was beautiful, super clean, spacious, lots of kitchen room and gadgets, bathrooms were updated and nice. Stove is missing a few knobs and there’s no lock on garage door going in the house. Other than those 2 things it is a perfect rental home for a large family. Highly recommended!!!!

    We loved the home. It was spacious and able to accommodate our family of eleven. The family fourth floor loft was perfect for my daughter’s family which included two small children. The views from the numerous decks were delightful. The location on the private island is perfect for walking and enjoying nature.

    The house was very spacious for our group of 6 adults and 5 children. . It was in a great location to the pools and beach. It was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The amenities were definitely a plus although the listing isn’t exactly accurate and should be updated. There is a second refrigerator which should be noted and also a Keurig is at the residence. We had a great vacation at this home.

    Great house and great location. We stayed as a family of 12 and we all had a great week. The house was clean, had all the amenities and supplies needed and was in a great location. The pool was in close walking distance as well as the corner store and the bay! Sunset Island is a beautiful community and very well maintained. Everyone in our family did not want to leave.
