This two-story, 3,000-square-foot waterfront home, with rear exposure to the south, isn’t just fit for a king. It’s fit for two kings, and queens and all their princes and princesses. It sleeps ten, with two king beds (master suites), one queen, two twins, one Murphy bed, and three bathrooms, making it the ideal place for a family gathering or group of friends. It also comes with a two-car garage.

When you first step inside, you’ll think to yourself, “This isn’t a beach house. More like a beach palace.”

The first floor features a spacious master suite with a king bed, television, an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a luxurious bathtub, and a walk-in shower, along with direct access to the lanai. A second bedroom on this level offers a queen bed, a television, and its own lanai access, making it an ideal retreat for guests seeking a bit of privacy. Also on this floor is a home office equipped with a Murphy bed, providing a flexible space for both work and rest. A second full bathroom is conveniently located on this level for guest use.

Upstairs, the second master suite offers a king bed, a television, and a private balcony with stunning views of the canal and Marco Island. The second upstairs bedroom features two twin beds, a television, and a view of the lush palm trees outside. A full bathroom on this floor serves both bedrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

The living room, bordered by full-sized sofas and filled with elegant décor, is so spacious it can’t be captured in a single photo. An ornate dining room table sits beside an arched window with a view of the garden, while a breakfast nook, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooks the pool. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, whether it’s a formal dinner or a tray of cocktails to enjoy out on the lanai.

    Wish the weather had been a bit warmer but grateful for a south exposure for pool time. Nice home with good beds. Sectional sofa should be replaced and carpets could use a cleaning. But overal happy with our stay

Our 3 generations (grandparents, kids and grandkids) have found it to be a very nice house, with room to spread out. There is an office room in the house, which is convenient for anyone working remotely. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor as well as a suite upstairs with its own balcony. There is one bathroom upstairs and two on the main floor, one of which opens onto the pool area. I would recommend this place to families!

    Overall, the size and layout of the house were perfect for our needs. We spent much time relaxing and dining on the lanai. We greatly appreciated the replacement of the living room TV to a newer, smart TV (and compatible cable box) and enjoyed several evenings watching it together. The house is in a good location for walking or biking to nearby parks or the YMCA. The hot tub and pool were religiously maintained every Tuesday by the friendly service man. The entire house needs a thorough deep cleaning and attention to/replacement of items that are showing age/wear and tear.

    Advertised as 10-12 persons? Rooms and baths ... yes, cooking and eating ... no! Sadly lacking in kitchen utensils and dishes! Sadly, we discovered a palm rat in residence in the garage, with entry/exit through an access hole chewed into frame of side door. Although your service were anxious to quickly address several problems discovered upon possession, they did not address the rat problem?? Also, the pool deck was in desperate need of painting and much of the furniture was fatigued. It's probably time for some upgrading!
